Reserved 2 bedrooms for dinner in the north by phone. The same day the owner called us at 9am to know if we would be okay at the appointment because she wanted to shop... Arrived at 11am, small tower of rooms... breakfast time imposed: child from 8am to 9am Returning around 11pm with a baby: - the floor of the room crawled at every step - the owner allowed herself to open the windows what we needed to be picked up at night - It was unbearable heat - The shelves and gloves were unpaired and strapped - The furniture was not made - no product under a high demand - even if she called the guards in the morning without surprisingly saying:

We were just passing by and this guest house is very friendly.Our room was large, beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable.The breakfast was excellent, with homemade bread,original homemade textures,cheeses and local snacks.And our hostess was very available.The area is very beautiful and she wants us to discover it.This will be another time,because we will be happy to return.

A Night in the North

It's kind of like the army at home, isn't it? We would have liked a little more flexibility when we get up late at breakfast times (8 or 9 o'clock.......) as we run away because at 1 o'clock we won't serve you anything to eat. Otherwise breakfast is organic but not fresh... and not really diverse. The room was nice but very poorly insulated (we were the middle one) and with 30 degrees outside and the windows that don't open, so to speak we didn't sleep well.

We spent two nights in this guest room, a warm welcome, a very nice room with a private terrace, a homemade breakfast, a reasonable price, we will definitely return there

Welcome to the North

Our wedding was around the corner we booked a night at this establishment, and we were delighted. Very clean, the owners are very friendly and breakfast at the top with homemade jams a shelf!!! Thank you very much

A couple's night out

We stayed for one night as a stop off on the way home from Italy. We chose the location based on previous reviews and for the ease of access from our route. The location is very peaceful, surrounded by fields with lovely views from the rooms. The room was a good size and basically furnished - no coffee making facilities or TV but these were both provided in the downstairs kitchenette. The bed was comfortable but the sheets, quilts and pillows didn't feel to be very good quality and the pillows in particular were lumpy and not very comfortable. The towels were also a shade of pale grey which we assumed were once white. On goint to make a cup of coffee we found a jar of coffee which contained a brown blob in the bottom (presumably it was once coffee) so we were unable to have a drink. We also had a minor problem with the shower as the head kept falling out of the wall bracket on my head and the fitting was too high for my wife to reach. Breakfast (which from previous reviews was going to be something special) was very disappointing. It comprised a few slices of dark/rye bread, one small piece of cheese each, some homemade preserves and a couple of small sticky cakes. The coffee came in a plastic thermos and was luke warm (possibly left over from guests who had an earlier breakfast?). My wife has asked for hot chocolate and was given a jug of milk and a box of chocolate powder to make her own drink. This was the 7th B&B we had stayed at during the previous 2 weeks and the breakfast was by fer the most disappointing of them all. Overall the stay here was a bit of a let down, nice peaceful location but everything else was a bit basic and I wouldn't stay again.
