The room was terrible, the lock was broken, the faucet leaked, the toilet leaked too... all this for an exorbitant price.

To Flee Absolutely

Following our passage the hotel and really broken door entrance break with -12 outside sdb closed no divider broken store closed not held with a wire not very professional welcoming agent dressed in overalls and every day the same room breakfast furniture old and broken I think any trade should be kept clean and functional and not just to make money I strongly advise against running

Very disappointed wasted my time and money we should withdraw the hotel license

We booked 2 rooms we didn't expect luxury but still. It's a completely lightweight, decayed and unmaintained hotel. The heating didn't work. We got into trouble with a small heating app (worse than a bread grill that made the soul sick too) so the manager lent us his own heating app that he had in his room... so much to tell you that it wasn't top... it's unacceptable to be able to rent this kind of rooms.

A quiet hotel to run away from

Epic and awful first night, you don't expect luxury when you choose this kind of place but here it's confined to the unpleasant plenipotentiary...especially when you're locked in your own room because of the little security lock inside that you shouldn't especially touch but you don't tell that at the reception that's only available from 5pm, very convenient when you arrive at 3pm and the electronic entrance gate is disconnected to charge during the day because there are too many reservations to handle....!

Never again, terrible experience

Nothing to say about the asking price and a very good breakfast, except the inconvenience of very noisy guests at all hours who do not respect the rules of discretion at the door of the rooms and in the parking lot.

Very good price ratio

We stayed two nights at this hotel. As a family of five, the manager who welcomed us very kindly arranged to leave us two adjacent rooms. The hotel is not new but the bedding is very good and the rooms are in more than perfect condition given the price. We slept very well there.

Excellent price ratio

It's a very cheap motel, but the quality matches the price, tiny rooms, blankets and curtains that are very old and... not scented, noisy and too hot, hard to rest, easy to reach from Colmar.

A bad motel.

What an adventure... the only advantage is to be able to go home at any time of the night. A room of 10 square meters for three, toilets/shower or you can barely get in so it's so narrow, terrible heat I felt like sleeping in the flames of hell, I would have liked to have opened the window, but it only opened for tax... What a joy. The isolation was great too, sometimes we heard our neighbors as if they were by our side... One night but not two. The second night, I was sleeping in the hotel across the street.

The flame of hell

WIFI was almost inexistent.
We received an email saying that the Check-in was from 14hs.
We were there after a very long trip at 14:30hs. and the computer to do Check-in was out of order. No one was there, the reception was closed and the number to call on the phone was from another Hotel and the woman on the line had no clue of anything. It was helpless.
The smell in the room was strange. The bathroom was not clean.
The room is like a cabin, very claustrofobic. 
Horrible.

Not good

Second time at this hotel, and still satisfied. On a three-day trip to Colmar, we booked a room for two nights for two people. To spend his evenings and sleep it is enough, rather clean room. The price is advantageous especially since you have everything nearby (Liddl, macdo, KFC, large shopping area). No one friendly and arranged welcome. Beware of shower apples that didn't hold.
