Great guest room, very large and very well equipped, plus with a terrace with furniture and very well flowered, then in the garden there is a door that looks directly over the canal from the Marne to the Rhine it's great. Very good breakfast served every morning by Annick and Bernard always with a smile and full of good advice from Bernard to tell us the places to visit and the good restaurants to try.

This guest room is very comfortable and clean, with a nice Alsatian décor. Breakfast is taken with the guests and is very pleasant.

It's comfortable

We stayed here on tripadvisor and booking.com recommendation and were not disappointed.   The self contained room is located downstairs from the owners property and has its own access from outside.  It is not a hotel.   A very spacious and immaculately decorated room with a comfortable bed.  Bernard and Annik were so friendly and welcoming and breakfast on the patio was a bonus.  300m walk along the canal to the tram and then 15 mins into Strasbourg.  So easy.  A 24hr tram tick for 6.50euros for three people was brilliant value.

Brilliant location to Strasbourg

This room is located on the ground floor of a house near Strasbourg. It is specially decorated and makes it feel comfortable to enter. The environment is very quiet and is very well connected with the tram and bike lanes. Just at the rear of the house runs an ideal canal for walking, running or cycling... The people who serve the guest reside at the top of the house. They are very kind and attentive people. I am pleasantly surprised, I can do nothing but recommend it.

We were so pleased with our room at this B&B, close to Strabourg, France. The room is large, clean, well decorated, comfortable and very welcoming. And our breakfast was delicious.
Annick and Bernard have a jewel of a home! We highly recommend!

A beautiful stay!

i have never been treated so kindly at a B&B in my life as I was at Bernard and Annika's house. The room was perfect for me and my two small children. We brought our bikes which gave perfect access to Strasbourg and easy tram access on bad days. This place was the best!!

Home on the Canal

We spent a weekend at this B&B in September 2013. Mrs Reiffsteck had been a little reserved on the phone when we booked the room, and didn't seem particularly keen on having children to stay.
All my fears were unfounded, however. Mr and Mrs Reiffsteck were very welcoming in person. They spent a lot of time with us discussing local facilities, helping us plan bicycle trips and trips into town by tram, etc. Breakfast was delicious (pastries, home made jam, yoghurt) and hearty. The room itself is large and beautifully decorated. Apart from the small fridge and kettle mentioned by others, there are also a few books and children's games to pass the time.
The location of this B&B is ideal if you want to be able to get into Strasbourg easily and quickly. The owner's garden backs onto a canal. There are cycle paths everywhere.
In sum: very high standards, helpful owners, great room (though not very light, as it's in the basement): highly recommended.

Lovely room, helpful owners

We were here in the end of July 2013. 
We find a wonderful well equipped room in a breezy neighbourhood of Strasbourgh. 
Mme and Ms Reiffsteck are excellent hosts, they gave us any information we needed about public transport, restaurants, spectacles, food etc. They prepared us a gourmand and organic breakfast (Mme Reiffsteck's jams are super tasty!) served in the beautiful garden. 
The house is in a perfect position to leave the car there (simple free parking in front of the house) and visit the city by bus and pubblic transport without any problem and any cost (except for the bus ticket, obviously).

Wonderful and very comfortable chambre

We were lucky enough to discover this guest room when we were in Strasbourg for Christmas Eve. The room, impeccable, is very comfortable and spacious, little more than enjoyable: boiler room and small fridge! Mr and Mrs Reiffsteck are lovely and excellent advice for both excursions and activities to do in the vicinity and for good small restaurants.
