Stayed one night on duty, nice hostess but archaic building. The room is neat and you can see from the details that it's not all youthful and/or at least not hyper well maintained. The toilet towels were filthy and we spent the night crushing beasts. The parking spaces being right in front of the rooms I can imagine the noise not to mention the people on their terrace upstairs who talk hyper loud until a little over an hour... we didn't take breakfast given the price of the room we didn't want to add this service to the bill amount.

Mediocre

We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by.

Don't even bother

It's just a shame, having booked 2 days before, the very morning we call to see if it's possible to get the keys at noon or noon thirty, the person at the end of the line tells us that there's no worries. We arrive at noon ten and the person: hotel closed (hotel d'appearance pitoyable) an automaton at the entrance is available in case of absence but this one is marked off service.... We call the number indicated, it sounds endlessly unanswered at one hour we abandon and cancel the reservation.... Luckily we find a hotel with carbon white ace hotel for a lot cheaper and we don't regret because tres and clean host hostel has nothing to see!

It's a shame.

Hotel 3 3 old bathtub 3 3 rusty on the floor at evacuation levels, I've got the hotel non-smoking its smell the cigarette its sense the nicotine the sink burner of cigarette the carpet to get dirty if I couldn't put a green dot I would put it.

Horrible I don't recommend!

The hotel is quite well located but both rooms were smoking a cigarette a lot of noise in the room we could hear the dogs in the next room to avoid if you can not at the B&B stand

terrible area, air con did not work in our rooms,30 degrees in our rooms, left at 01.30. The kids were crying and scared and we were all absolutely sweating. Cars racing and beeping their horns, guys shouting and driving around our cars, Never again

For tourists travelling from the south to the north of France, this hotel is after Bordeaux.

We are arriving and as scheduled the hotel room available as we had indicated at 14:00 is perfect super clean rooms no bad smell and everything was perfect our room and floor of the children's rooms everything was impeccable and nickel a receptionist at the top welcoming dynamic and smiling with a listening to it is customer we have them a problem charger is the we have them their own ready to top what to say I advise family with children or teenagers thank you for everything

Family vacation April 2022 😉

Clean room, good breakfast, excellent cleaning, hotel with friendly and prepared staff, large and free parking, I also noticed the presence of a fixed night guard, which is well seen, excellent service in fact we will return next month

It's a great hotel.

Experience not to replicate... 1- smells of cigarettes in the room 2- no soap or shampoo 3- big fiesta in a room until 4am we didn't sleep... young people screaming, taping the walls, music in the background...
