The hotel is very well located with a 30-second walking tram stop and a bakery. However, the neighborhood is very noisy at night and it is better to avoid going home late alone.

Good price, but noisy at night.

After reading the negative reviews, my daughter and I were preparing for the worst. She was very worried about insects and their bites and dirt. And when you get better than you expected, it's always nice. Objectively: a second-line hotel, but very close to the sea and the English coast. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is also. Yes, the furniture is old, but somehow you don't pay attention to it.

Not a bad hotel.

Staying at the hotel causes one negative: Old furniture, falling beds, uncomfortable, old and shapeless feather pillows; Unpleasant smell in the room; Dirt, thick layer of dust, old dirty carpet; scattered bunches of hair; contaminated sink and bathroom; Old, yellow, hole towels and bed linen; Inadequate cleaning of the room consisting only of taking garbage out of the urn; The towel and bed linen do not change; The ones in the bed were bitten all night - the whole body was in the same toilet and the morning turned yellow; There was a bathroom towel: two small towels and a TV towel; There were no problems in the kitchen; There were no problems in the kitchen; There were no problems in the kitchen; There were no problems in the kitchen; There were no problems in the kitchen; There were no problems in the kitchen; There were no problems in the kitchen.

It's just a terrible hotel.

Very small, very dirty room, unmade bathroom, stained towels. I was surprised by a conversation between staff, where one of them told the other, we don't change the sheets, they only slept one night.

Flee from me!

Hotel is owned by russians.But they spak english/french. Rooms are ok. Worn but ok. Good access to the airport by tram. Reception is not 24h. But it was ok for me. Fair price. No the best one. But just ok.

Good location

We also stayed at this hotel during the tour Mediterranean fairy tale . This is the end of the dignification. The father is the owner of a Russian-speaking family. I understand that other guests, except for the packetniks  do not look bad, the rooms are spacious by European standards, we even got a two-room, really close to the sea - we went to the beach after the excursions in the evenings, some tourists managed to swim in the morning. This is the end of the dignification.

Guests are not happy here.

I went only for a weekend stay but the hotel unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. The toilet inside didn't look as I expected, found some stains in the shower and mould in the shower walls and the water from the washbasin doesn't run properly. Couldn't fall asleep in one night due to some noises like water running from another rooms. Wi-Fi didn't work at all in my room, only in the reception and I reported to the staff and they didn't fix it. There is no 24h reception and no assistance in case if something happens, there was no phone in my room per example. Every time I was in need of something I had to go to the reception. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel and definitely I won't come back in my next trip. It's not even 3 stars hotel its wrongly rated! Plus staff aren't professional at all as I left a review in another website and their answer to my review was totally RUDE, without any manners and didn't even apologize and didn't say anything to fix the problems that I mentioned. So don't book with this "hotel"

Not even 3 stars! Need to be refurbished

I don't understand many people when I read reviews! For no European hotel is everything true. A hotel is clean, the location is excellent (2nd line), for a small hotel breakfast is standard, it's not cheap Turkey, but Europe, you need to grow up to such a vacation. If you travel economically, then a hotel is great, if you're used to luxury hotels, then of course you'll go to a hotel nearby with a very famous name.

It's my pleasure to stay there, Nice hotel, nice people, close to the city and services are near and great, I advice every one of you to visit and to stay in, you will be comfortable and happy during your stay

The building was simple and comfortable.  Excellent location just 5 minutes from Promenade des Anglais and the sea and not far from the historic centre. A bus stop to the airport and to the old town is just 5 minutes’ walk. An amazing patisserie- boulangerie is just 2 minutes from the hotel and there are also supermarkets nearby. I arrived after midnight as my flight was delayed, so I got texts and calls from reception to give me directions to get into the hotel as there is no staff during the night. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful, so when I was at the hotel door, I called him and he opened the door for me remotely and asked me to pick up my room keys that were on the reception desk with a note attached to it. The room and the toilet were good and clean and so the towels. There was a small fridge in the room in case you need to keep drinks or food. The room was on the fifth floor and I really loved having a spacious balcony with a small table and a chair to relax outside in the night as the weather was really hot (not in the room as the air conditioning was very good).  I have only stayed one night as my plan was to continue traveling farther so after check out I asked to leave my bag for a couple of hours and they friendly accepted this, even they gave me an entrance door key in case nobody was there when I would be back, they only asked me to leave it on the desk once I collected my bag. And Nice is an amazing city with beautiful views, great locations and delicious gastronomy to enjoy watching the amazing blue sea and not far from Monaco, Cannes or Antibes.
