All right, all right.

What an amazing find! My husband and I stayed for one night but will be certainly be returning. We were greeted by the very friendly owner who showed us round. We were given a choice of rooms based on what type of mattress we preferred. Our room was stunning and extremely large. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony with the gorgeous views before heading out for our evening meal. The hotel is packed with period feature and is exceptionally clean. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty and plentiful and accompanied by beautiful music. We were worried about staying in a hotel with COVID but everything was safe and distanced whilst not losing any charm.

The large lodge is a charming place, with a spacious room, a pleasant breakfast and above all a very warm welcome!

It's a great place to stay.

This was the grand home of a lord and is now the grand home of any traveler who is wise enough to visit this small town, so perfectly preserved in its stunning medieval perfection. The logis sits on the side of the hill above the town and its large gardens are attached to the public gardens, including the well maintained medieval garden.  It's just steps down the hill to the old town and just a short walk to the new town above where, if you are lucky enough to be there on a Wednesday morning, you can find the small but wonderful market.  Our room had a door to the flower filled garden.  Wonderful.  The room across the hall is huge and suitable for a family.  The hosts of this BnB are extremely kind and welcoming.  Parking is free and easy, on the street next to the Logis.

Fabulous garden overlooking the town

A very beautiful house ideally located in the city centre, the reception is very warm by the owner, I came for work, the room is in its juice and it is attached to the old building. It was spacious and offers all the amenities. A bed may not be firm enough and the room a little dark with a beautiful view. The ratio of quality to price is excellent and the breakfast served is complete.

A very warm home, a very spacious room with a view of the garden, a very nice decor, suitable for this very beautiful dress, a very rich lunch with very good products, the chef who makes our breakfast is adorable.

Located in an old house, spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. The old town centre is easily accessible on foot. A charming and warm welcome.

Excellent accommodation

This was a beautiful, slightly quirky old building in a small street, with a lovely garden overlooking the medieval old town of Parthenay. The proprietors were welcoming and helpful; the room we were in was comfortable and clean; the breakfast, shared with other guests, was generous. What is there not to like about this Chambres d'Hotes? 
Parking was on the street, perhaps the only drawback, but it was not exactly busy.
The town itself is well worth visiting, the medieval part is outstanding. The market was on the morning of the day we left, which we made full use of!

Charming B&B n a charming town

Very good welcome in this CH on our Velofrancette journey. Spacious room. PDJ copious but most of all we enjoyed the service provided by our hote following a breakdown: tire and air room were waiting for us on our arrival! Good advice also for the nearby restaurant! Address to recommend!

Guest house to recommend

Stayed here one night after a very hot day's cycling. The cool, high-ceilinged room with tea-making facilities was a real oasis. Yvan is a welcoming and informative host. And he cycles himself which was very useful when we discoverd a flat tyre just before we left in the morning. The garden overlooking the old town was great for relaxing. Excellent breakfast in the morning, complete with discussion on French and UK politics, set us up for the day. Highly recommended.
