The reception was friendly and helpful, and the people working in the snack bar were absolutely lovely - and very hard working! It's possible to order bread and croissants for the morning. Food in the snack bar is simple but really good. 

Watching the sunsets sitting on the edge of the dune at the edge of the site is a highlight. The pitches for tents and campervans (we were in a van) are quite wide but pretty close together back-to-back and so it's best to get one at the edge of that non-cabin part of the site if you can (we had a tent behind us and although they were quite considerate, they did like to watch action movies at 3am - albeit at low volume). Most of the site is given over to cabins - but it doesn't at all feel like "cabin city," as some more commercial ones do. There is some criticism of the facilities in other reviews, but we found them absolutely fine - clean and well-maintained. 

The pool is fabulous and not at all busy in our experience (our stay was partly in high season). There were some children around but the site has a more adult feel than most, even during school holidays. Surfers and retired people account for most clients I imagine.

It's easy to walk or cycle to Soulac-sur-mer in one direction and Amelie in the other - where the wonderful restaurant L'etoile de Mer is not to be missed. There is a little shop there (Vival) with excellent bread and pastries, and a Lidl is in walking distance too - in the direction of Soulac. 

Just up the road there is a fabulous beach bar - it's quite an experience to go there for a seafood selection and wine while the sun goes down.

We liked the spot so much we extended our stay twice, and we will certainly be back again.

Lovely people, great location

Sublime stay, facing the sea, mobile home very very pleasant and impeccable cleanliness friendly staff and ultra-friendly managers, the Director always listens to our needs, his very sweet, pleasant wife, true heart for this place where we have already booked 3 weeks in advance for 2024... congratulations to the young employees who gave themselves to satisfy the customer! I highly recommend... our daughter and her baby came and we had a tasty time... was business leaders the rest was at the meeting with sunsets on the sea to send back to us all... thank you and respect for your work... Very nice campsite, very nice naked location. Warm home, friendly and listening very clean sanitary system with super economical bracelet and no waiting (no one stays indefinitely under the shower), it's a pity that this is not applied in all campsites. The negative point would be a shower too hot for us. Quality report price nothing to say (don't tell everyone) Thanks to Benedict and Philippe 😉

Super stay feet in the water

This is the 5th time I've come to this campsite that has changed ownership and it's a shame! I'm sorry for the former owners like Christine with whom I've never had any trouble... Positive: the pool. The bar staff are very nice and the dishes are offered The small commercial gesture of the boss who offered the 10th wifi connection for the switch Negative: there's no more Loto night well liked by customers Very negative: we've charged 70th of household household household household because we're saying household is not done!!

It was a bad experience!

Small family campsite, cut into two parts (part places and part cars), clean sanitary facilities, small campsites for campers, located far from the city but free to come and go.

The Camping Abnormal

We enjoyed our stay in this simple and family friendly place and enjoyed the tranquility. The mobile home was comfortable and very well equipped. The reception was perfect. We spent a very good week in this campsite.

It's a very nice surprise.

Camping not top....the carmen are too close to each other, forced to keep the curtains closed otherwise you see in the neighbor's plate, little room for the car... accommodation for 8 people but if you are very small and thin!!! booking made online and at no time we are told that there is a paid option (tele) if you want a crew....although we do not come on vacation to watch TV (response from the manager).. seeing the rate of almost 1000 euros a week it should be office and not an option... for Wi-Fi not even with a single time the paid option... the points are the temperature of the swimming pool that is pleasant and the location near the sea....

I'm not going to be able to do this.

Nice camping is geographically situated: feet in the water 😀., it's simple and familiar. Boss who finds a solution when it's needed and is organizing. Animation and mini club that children like. We had a great stay there. Thanks to the whole team.

Reserved early April a seafront location for our campsite because for me who is struggling to walk, we arrived on May 26 at the campsite reception, there, we are told that we will not have the chosen location for x reasons and that we will have another location, why haven't we been warned by email or phone?
