The staff and very unpleasant not hosting the apartments are very dirty lying publicity on the sauna and Hamman as well as on the wifi I really discourage this place!!!

Get out of here!

Unwelcome and unpleasant staff at our departure (pressed to leave at 12h battery while it is a service provision). Everything is paid!! toilet paper, trash bag, WiFi and services (hammam sauna etc.).

Don't go there!!!

Home friendly limit when you say hello, it's not hot in your house Answer: 19° it's the law!!!! HLM on the horizontal, housing on the border of the appropriate, unlit alleys tennis court in the middle of the apartments, tiny, very noisy pool, bathtub where you need a footstool so high it is.

A residence with a large parking lot and located close to shops and the city centre on foot, however, it would require refreshment work (ripped curtains, damaged furniture, attached to repair) and housekeeping.

Mixed experience

The accommodation is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the terrace is a plus to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. It is an ideal place to spend an extended weekend or holiday week to discover the castles less known to the general public but equally wonderful. If you have the breakfast option you can wait until noon without getting hungry.

Rental 4/6 more expensive than the hotel, 353 had no breakfast. No air conditioning, clean. Living space relatively limited, one sofa bed. Small terrace. Caution 400 euro, reception okay. It's not worth the price. Two small rooms. Small terrace.

Two nights

This child residence has only the name, we sent a comment to the management with the same pictures and the latter find them anecdotal, let you judge for yourself!! it seems that we are the only ones complaining yet on the day of arrival the queue was impressive of relators and discontenters Prestige Residence, 4 stars. Now, when we arrived at the premises, we could see a strong gap between the description and reality. Indeed, this residence has not the prestige that we would test the name, it is more of a young residence from the 2000s without any real investment, whether inside or outside.

FUYEZ

Our eight-person house was very dirty - hair in the bathrooms and in the bedrooms, covered stained in the kitchen, dust everywhere... - Besides, the furniture is old and the rooms are tiny. Very poor soundproofing between the rooms and with the outside. Paying internet - 26 euros for 3 appliances -. The only positive point is the very cold pool in summer. Very strongly discouraged.

Dirty, old and noisy

The setting is nice, the housing is quite well equipped. But the household leaves to want to see is nonexistent. We found the dishes remained very roomy (tablets full of tomato sauce and stacked with the own), the two toilets smelled urine not to mention the wall tasks, and I wouldn't pick up the spider webs. In the end we needed a dormitory accommodation and it held its role.

Staying with friends

We are regulars of the Nemea clubs, which is why we went to Nemea to take a week's vacation with their partner Lagrange... this residence is not at the level of what we have experienced via Nemea. The residence enjoys its ideal location near the inescapable Loire castles and its indoor pool so it can be used even on bad days... but that's all! Collects everything we don't want to find in such rents: dirty apartments rooftops outside the bathrooms wherever the joints have never been cleaned and the whole floor covered with a rug can no longer be promised non-magical, terraces and strong decoins I arrive in other times, equipment (rooms in the outdoor pool), which gives you the chance to get out of the apartment because the sun already shines, and you want to get out of the apartment with the most minute pressures, because the tennises in the outdoors are in the same time, so you can get out of the house with the most of the time you want to get out of the tennises.
