Very dirty room

As I used to book in this chain, I wonder how this hotel could have been labeled Ibis: very old hotel (I haven't seen a real key in a hotel in years!), charming, dark. Change the door closing system. The only way to close the door in the room is to squeeze it: it's nice for the neighbors! The bunk bed is good, and I didn't hear the sound of the highway at all (I was on the side, so maybe that's why).

Nice image for Red Ibis!!! Shameful looks like an old F1 who just changed the badge...should see the 3 stars again...it's scary as a hotel...even for the welcome drink there's a lot of worry.

I arrived by chance, looking for the nearest hotel to step into. And fortunately, I only stayed there one night! The entrance hall, however, gave me beautiful hopes: cozy, modern... Then I was disappointed: tiny room and bathroom (I was lucky enough alone, but two of us must be going crazy!). Doors that close for hours, no soundproofing, no noisy clientele (well, it's a car-friendly hotel, people are passing by and don't care much about neighbors!). A relative point: the dining room is nice, the products are varied and fresh.

Uh... where's the Ibis brand image?

The room wasn't very clean, the floor wasn't clean, the bathroom was very narrow, the inside of the building was old and unattractive, it didn't deserve its three stars, but the breakfast was very nice.

We wanted to take a break when we went down for the holidays! We arrived at 10:30, two hours later we were going back to sleep in the car. There was a noise of doors slamming with disrespectful arrivals! No air conditioning and when we opened the window, still a lack of education with people talking loudly. The welcome lady was very friendly but unable to sleep despite the fatigue.
