Cheap hotel, dubious smells, disgusting locations, you could mistake parking lots for a break-in, people have to live there regularly, not safe, poor sanitation, showers to avoid, bad smells.

What to Avoid

Hotel under everything. Smelly smell in the hallways and rooms. Shower and toilet to vomit!!!! salty and in poor condition. Decrepit rooms and dubious sheets. My dog would have refused to sleep in these beds!!!

It's a shame

Hotel in a bad location and not secure the parking lot doesn't even close... strict room with a foul smell so no heating in the room, toilet and bathroom on the stand or I didn't even dare shower...

I'm going to throw up.

It's a very desirable cleanliness, especially the shower and toilet, the smell in the whole hotel, unbearable, fortunately we were only there for one night, the services that are sold there are not necessarily offered in the end.

Once, not twice.

First of all, little transportation, in the two rooms with power plugs, the wifi is saying who has a very high-speed doesn't work, there's a refrigerator that doesn't work, you have to pay a security deposit for the remote control. Electrical wires go over. No breakfast in the morning, almost nonexistent staff, not nice at all. Food smells. Very expensive for what it is.... it's a formula 1 turned into Lemon... FUYEZ

1. there's nothing to do without a car here 2. it's a real hostel. many Russians think that living in Limon is cheaper than renting, because the cost of living includes laundry and breakfast 3. rooms are so bad that the suitcase doesn't even come in. it's nowhere to put it. 4. there was nothing at breakfast. cruises and milk were reluctantly taken out of the shed. but after the scandal 5. smell. some carbolka, I guess. I never smelled a carbolka, but the smell in Limon made me think that it was her.

No reason to praise you.

Good location if u want to avoid the main routes to Paris and cheep accommodation.

TV lamp bed.
Cheep and away from hustle n bustle. 
There is a shanty town very close and a lot of the residents look like there living there.
Staff work hard to keep it clean and  tidy and they are very helpfull.
Quite a few local teengers hanging about due to the nature of the complex and familys living there.
One of them offered me weed when I was out smoking my cigarette, to which I politely declined.
I wouldn't like to guess what else they offered me after that.
But the didn't proceed to bother me.
There's a lidl kfc and burger king close by and easy enough t drive /walk to.
All in bit of a scetchy area.
Would I stay there again yes.
I avoid Paris like the plague when travelling tru France . Cheep and a place to lay your head,bed was reasonably comfy.
Very handy for the airport and has parking.
Pet friendly  (traveling with a cat )

You get what you pay for

The nearest train station was about a 20 minute walk past a lake with a partially unpaved path so, if you have heavy bags and no car, not very ideal. But hey, we're on a budget and at least we are here. The guy at the front desk was quick with check in. We ordered non-smoking but our room reeked of smoke. I don't blame the hotel though, everyone in Paris smokes all the time, everywhere. There is barely enough room to open the door and go through with your suitcase but, hey, it's a place to sleep. The bathrooms are....well, it's a toilet outside of your room that is just big enough to fit one person. I didn't even try the showers. I don't think there is an elevator because the man at the front desk kept showing us the stairs. I didn't like the bed either....I tried lifting up the covers and decided against it. Fairly quiet but, for some reason, kids play in the parking lot. It was cheap for a reason.

Ehhhh...

Took quite a while for the recepion to show up to check in.  On arriving i found a bed bug on the bed.  It appears to be dead i haven't confirm live ones.  So i be cautious.  The WIFI is excellent in my room.  And there are a lot of parking places.  There is a P+R near.  The rooms are cheap and you get what you pay for.  

Has bedbug.

This was a bit of a risk as the previous stay in a Lemon Hotel was fairly terrible.  I wanted somewhere with parking, close to Paris, near a Railway Station, etc, for a week, as prices nearer to the City are exorbitant and parking is nigh on impossible (especially with a vehicle 2.15 high). So this place suited on paper.  

In practice it was not bad.  The area is a mixture of industrial/commercial/retail, pretty uninspiring, and the Town is typical outer Paris banlieue.  Nothing much to write home about.  But there's a bus to the station, its 25 minutes tops to the Gare de Lyon, the room was OK, the showers and loos in the hallway worked, it was fairly quiet all of the time, there is a fridge in the room, the WiFi was OK most of the time, so overall not a bad experience at all. 

The shortcomings were frankly few; the blind did not work in my room, I managed to jury-rig it to work.  The WiFi was not connecting in the room for the first couple of days, but worked in the corridor, etc.  Small issues.  The big question is: what do you expect for 28 Euros a night this close to Paris ?  Answer: not a lot, which is why this place gets a 4/5.  It delivered a lot better than expected.
