This is the first time I've written this, but the hotel is awful!! It's dirty, it's cold, it's expensive to turn on the heat, and the air conditioning barely works. The balcony doesn't close, the light from the next building makes the night light.

Horror, dirt and cold

Hotel Ritsa, Sukhumi, rested July 2022, when he arrived left money in his pants pocket and hung in the closet, the safe in the Lux room is not there, on the third day of the rest the amount decreased, but thought maybe he forgot something, before leaving for two days left in his pocket a bank card and 5000 rubles, to the airport and taxi, started to dress up money from the pocket disappeared, didn't even fear to pull out the last note, listened to the prescription with complete indifference, the police were not called because the departed person had already left, the shame of the administration and employees, cancelled the rest!

They're stealing money from the room!!!

The room itself was neat but mostly basic, tv wasn't working but not like I was interested in watching georgian tv anyways. The location was perfect, 10minutes to get wherever I wanted. What made the stay so wondefull, was the host Gurami, who was almost a friend to me. He helped me with everything I needed, explained where and how to find mobile card, told me where are  the best currency exchange rates, how to find buses to get to nearby towns and helped me arrange day trips to all the best Georgian sites. He helped me with literally EVERYTHING and was always down for a chat about life. If I'm ever to go back to Batumi, I will most definitely stay at Ritsa again. Best wishes!!!

Amazing place to stay in Batumi

First of all, the noise isolation? No, we didn't hear. Neighbors got crazy, screamed every night, whistled, the whole floor waited for them to take a bath. In the rooms it was very cold, despite the warm weather. In the bathroom, nobody ran for 4 days and didn't erase, respectively, the smell of lavender. They are cleaned every day (like), but about the bathroom they seem to have forgotten.

I didn 't really like the hotel.

I booked in this family-run hotel for a week. At first I was very kindly received by the hotel owner to pay. I got one of the large rooms on the first floor at a special price in the after season, with old style furniture, a balcony for the street and breakfast included. For this, the floor under the furniture was not clean, the TV was old, the air conditioning was not regulated, the couch was uncomfortable and the balcony door was not locked. The next morning I was served very unkindly at breakfast (from 9 a.m.) for no reason, only five minutes later the next day, an hour later the next day, so I left and had breakfast in another restaurant.

Never again such a shameless disgrace

A basic hotel in the old city. Good location. Rather old fashioned rooms with ancient furnishings. Terrible old TVs.  But beds comfortable enough.  Hot water.  Ok for a night or two.
Breakfast again basic but a good cup of tea.   Short walk to the sea and promenade.  

 Beautiful Batumi 

I'd call it a mini-hotel. We lived on the 3rd floor. The room was with a little French spa. The room was full of double beds, a TV, a refrigerator, a shower, a cabin. In principle, we wanted to get a little bit of everything we needed to eat there.

Unloading in Batumi

Such a bloody experiences never again.  Old furnitures, dirty and noisy2 room , nobody clean room.  Dirty bathroom.  When you2 ask to empty rubish Bin they  answer it is normal and must be full. You can find better hotels in Batumi in good price then stay in Ritsa 

Forget this hotel

The hotel is located in the old town. All the main attractions are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, i liked the bakery next door. The staff was very kind and nice and allowed to check in early and have breakfast. The room was huge and clean. 

Good hotel in old Town

Centrally located hotel, very charming rooms, view to the street. When getting there by foon confusing was that there is Z. Gamzakhurdia street and K. Gamzakhurdia and of course for the first time we went to the wrong one. Staff is very nice and helpfull like all Georgians. There nice local bakery just next to the hotel
