Stayed here for one night and have never encountered such an ignorant host in many years of travel. She made it quite clear that her only interest is money up front. Her communication skills are deplorable and she should really give up the ‘hospitality’ industry. The room itself, single attic room, is perfectly adequate if you inhabit the Shire of Hobbiton. I managed to bang my head on the ceiling on numerous occasions. The separate bathroom is even less generous and requires the dexterity of Olga Korbett to navigate the shower within the bath. It is a shame that the actions of this individual soured my experience as Bad Feilnbeck is a lovely town. Just don’t stay at the Bates Morel as Norman’s mother still resides there.

Rude, unwelcoming owner, hobbit sized room.

It was very silly and unfriendly. After asking if you had a room, it was confirmed. After that, it was asked how many people would come. None of the above... 3 people (2 adults and a child) in a room?!???  The lady makes an overwhelming and not very customer-oriented impression.

Unfriendly and sneaky

We had a few overnight stays on our trip this year, but here we felt very welcome and very comfortable and were able to relax completely. A very nice hostess with great tips for restaurant and co, the room lightning-cleaning (we have rarely experienced it, even in the bathroom no lime, all lightning-blank, fluffy towels, a great fountain) and an extremely comfortable balcony that invites us to stay.

I'd love to be back anytime!!!

We had booked an overnight stay here on our vacation to South Tyrol. Quiet location, clean and purposefully furnished rooms, very good sleep quality, rich breakfast. There was nothing to object to. Respect - only cash payment possible. Recommendation: Osterboch-Alm! Good food, top price-performance ratio. About 15-20 minutes on foot.

It's all right.

Unfortunately, when booking this pension, we have relied exclusively on the reviews of Booking. If we had done a little more research and asked for other portals, we would have come across numerous negative reviews that would have prevented us from booking this pension. It may be that breakfast is fine, that the mattresses are good, as stated in other reviews. However, nothing compensates for the almost shameless inhospitable hospitality of the hostess. The hostess, who was increasingly martial in the way we were treated, gave us a lot of negative reviews that would have prevented us from booking this pension.

Anyone who expects hospitality here is definitely in the wrong boarding house.

If you're traveling and you're just looking for a place to sleep, you can stay here. The facility is old, it could be a little cleaner and the service could be better.

♪ For one night, all right ♪

Okay to stay for a quick stop, would not recommend to stay for few nights, the owner didn’t speak English, glad that a men (friend of Mrs. Kirner) welcomed us on behave of the owner, he recommended some restaurant nearby. The room was simple and the breakfast was okay. 

Good value of money. 

We stayed here underway to Croatia. The room is fine: clean, spacious and outdated but quaint. Breakfast is served at 0745 whether you are present or not even though breakfast is between 0800 and 0900. Room can be paid in cash only!! Mrs Kirner is not the most endearing person in the world, using a British understatement. 

Fine for one night stay over

It's a very nice building, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The thing that struck us most was the cleanliness. Everything was perfectly clean and polished. The bathroom was impeccable. Great breakfast, very abundant and especially fresh and high-quality products. The owner only speaks German so if you don't speak it you will have some difficulty communicating, but it's very kind. With a little patience you understand. Good quality/price ratio

It's very clean.

It's a house with a setup that looks like it's been going on for years. But it's absolutely clean and well maintained. Everything is as you can see in the pictures. The room was pretty big and with a terrace. Night storage bins in the rooms make it possible to adjust the temperature individually during the day and night, but not at all. There's no shower towels and ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast is pre-purposed but completely adequate. But the host was always present and so wishes could be expressed. Breakfast is too small. So you have to have breakfast in stages and share a table with other guests. Breakfast time is unfortunately only from 8:00 to 9:00 a.
