I would say the price-performance ratio of the accommodation was excellent. The rooms were perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Continue recommending this hotel. Breakfast was very full and delicious.

The rooms were perfectly clean and tidy.

On 13.2.16 we stood with a binding booking confirmation from HRS at the specified address to find that there is no In Hotel anymore!!!! The house is now a refugee accommodation and we had to look for a replacement accommodation with great effort.

Hotel operations terminated

We had been given a voucher. The description sounded very promising: if you need drinks, our hotel is convenient - in the Villenviertel - newly renovated - comfortable rooms! convenient to transport, right on a major highway with a lot of traffic. The bus stops to get to the city or to the green are within 2 minutes' walk, and the light rail station West is within 7 minutes. If you need drinks, the old one is nearby. When we booked, I mentioned a room with no dust allergy and a room without a high carpet. We also asked for a 3rd place to sleep for our son. The rooms smelled very nice and... we had a nice piece of carpet, the carpet had a net, the carpet had a net, the carpet had a net in the morning, and after the morning we had a 3.00 a.

Berlin is always worth a trip but in another hotel

The room was very small, but it was decorated in a good way. It was beautifully designed when the walls were still clean. It had carpeted floors, which I am no longer a fan of anyway. The bathroom was very elegantly designed and was also clean. Only when someone else's hair and wrinkles are already glued to the feet one morning after getting up is it really disgusting. The bed was just hard rock, which you thought you were sleeping on the floor.

Dirty room and uncomfortable

A top hotel, friendly staff, clean, well equipped, close to the S-Bahn, restaurant connected.

Top hotel for short walkers

We were there for 2 nights - forced measures  We had a voucher - unfortunately there was a change of ownership---- grim hotel It didn't match the pictures on the homepage of room one: very dirty, hair in the bed - after complaint then room two: dirtier than the first one, you couldn't look out the window because it was so dirty, water damage on the ceiling, which is probably not being observed and now the cleaning of the ceiling is solving  The bed seemed clean but the ceiling and the pillow were dirty and grey. Another complaint came to the third room - clean water is not really a piece of food - yes, some things. We had to sleep over a day in a hotel, and the last two days in a hotel, we were supposed to have a perfectly good morning's room.

It's horrible.

I stayed five nights at this hotel, overage service was very good. Breakfast was excelent. Internet connection not what I expected, sometimes there wasn´t any. 
I never recovered the coat I forgot in the closet of the room, even that I called and send emails they simply could not give me a reference of it, they said the maid did not find it. I expected at least an email confirming they found it but nothing happened so far.

Great stay but ...

The In-hotel was a disappointment.  I chose it because I could walk to meetings, but will not stay there again.  The room was small and worn, with cheap furniture and no phone.  The bath and bed were fine, and the tv worked well.  The promised wifi was balky at best.  I would choose another place to stay.

Dreary hotel, but a good location

Location is very good attached to public traffic: Metrobus 48 circulates every ten minutes during the day. Hotel room was situated to the courtyard in the 4th floor, very quiet and good view over the roofs of the neighborhood. Unfortunately the cleanliness and room service did not meet our expectations: no proper cleaning, not fully equipped (a water warmer with two cups, but no tablespoons and coffee/tea-bags available. Even after the second day room-Service did not develop to satisfying cleanliness.

Three days meetings in Berlin

My room was clean and a reasonable size for the price.  There didn't appear to be any air conditioning, but a window and door opened on to a small balcony so it was easy to get a nice breeze which kept the room at a comfortable temperature.  I had a room facing the back, which was quiet. 
On some of the major bus routes. Pleasant, helpful staff.
The buffet breakfast was adequate.  They ran out of brewed coffee in the last half hour one morning but the server was happy to make me some Nescafe.
