Romantic and original atmosphere 20 years 20 in this jewelry located on the famous KuDamm. We stayed in the hotel on the occasion of participating in the beautiful Berlin Marathon and the choice was really happy and neat. Position may be less trendy than the neighbourhoods of the former East Berlin but in our opinion very comfortable, well-served and elegant. Well-kept structure, very large clean rooms with high ceilings and original furnishings. Efficient, available and gentle management with a good and substantial breakfast served in a busy dining room.

In Kurfürstendam near Savigny Platz a small charming hotel in a good location. 1930s atmosphere with the contemporary living room where you can have a good breakfast. Large and comfortable room with also contemporary furniture. Quiet and reasonable price: 130 € for two with breakfast. Attention although our telephone reservation was confirmed by mail, our room was not marked as reserved. Fortunately there were free rooms! Near the S-Bahn and U-Bahn and buses. Friendly staff.

Good location and atmosphere

If you want to sleep in the '20s, this hotel is for you, a simple hotel decorated in the '20s style, located in a nice area, very convenient to the Berlin Fair, good breakfast, superlative staff availability.

Not bad

The unique atmosphere of the Askanischer Hof took us a virtual leap back in time, catapulted in the early 1900s with all the modern comforts, we spent an unforgettable week in this structure...

It's hard to forget.

The hotel looks like a Berlin family board that would have gotten a little old, the skateboard is there, but it's a little outdated. The breakfast room retains some charm with its old photos, but the rooms have gotten a little old, or not, rather a bad shot at night: the curtains had to be changed, some of the painted papers, a decade ago, they're bad choices, they're bad and they'd have to keep the old rooms, or they'd have to make copies of them. The hotel (29) was quite tall (it came from another hotel), but they didn't seem to have a much time, but the rooms were a bit more expensive, rather a little bit more expensive.

The ghosts of Kafka

It's an atmosphere, a memory, that we've never experienced before, the Berlin of the 1920s, which lives again as soon as you cross the threshold of the beautiful Art Deco facade. In the waving silence of its ambiences, decidedly Victorian and magnificently démodé, you can hear the whistle of a go-go dress or the sound of a phonograph. The service is polite, smiling and cozy. The breakfast room is a welcoming lounge, where you would spend a lot more time, sneaking out one of the finest art books, scattering everywhere, the pictures of the famous walkways around here, but we still want to see what else you can do.

Fascinating, charming, charming

I just returned to Ireland today after a 3-day trip to the Askanischer Hof with my husband. This is the place to go. This hotel is amazing and I can't recommend it too much, as some previous commentators have pointed out, it is in the main shopping district, the Ku'damm. There are the shops of Channel, Gucci and Yves St. Laurent as well as H&M, Zara and C&A. If you are planning a shopping trip (especially with Christmas on the horizon) this is where you should go. The whole city is accessible from the hotel. There is a taxi stand right in front of the entrance and the metro stations of Zoo and Savignyplatz are all right next to the hotel. As for the hotel, there is an exception to the David Askanischer Hotel. There is a tremendous expanse of decorated dining rooms, as well as a lovely dining room, which is a great place to visit.

Going back in time at a fantastic hotel

It was our second stay in Berlin and we stayed at the Askanischer Hof for four days during the weekend of the Berlin Marathon. What a fantastic place! He has such an outstanding personality. The staff was great, ready to do anything to satisfy the customers. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean and breakfast was excellent. It was served from 6:30 to 11 a.m. which allows you to get a little fat in the morning if you're too drunk the night before. Maybe not very recommended for children since it's pretty quiet but I'm sure the people are welcome. Last year we were staying in a neighboring hotel that costs twice as much but didn't get to the village.

It's a fantastic place.

I liked this hotel for its comfort reminiscent of the one we have at home. Our room was large and spacious, it had a TV, a mini bar, an office, a cupboard, a table and chairs...even a coat holder in the bedroom part. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, a mirror with lighting and a whole collection of toiletries, soaps, shampoos, shower caps, shower brushes and bath lotions. There was even a box of kleenex in the bathroom. The balance gave the weight in pounds. I had eggs! Breakfast was lovely and we would eat on the table. Breakfast service I would meet at 6:30 a.m. and I would definitely stop at the restaurants and the restaurants at 11:30 a.m.

A hotel with everything, even a scale in the bathroom.

My family and I have stayed in three rooms of this hotel for five nights. The hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff is charming, the setup is magnificent (there are amazingly high ceilings) and the location is excellent. Two of my relatives are over 90 years old and the Askanischer proved to be perfect for them too.
