The hostel is a little out of sight but very convenient to reach by public transport: very clean bathrooms and showers, a very large room and a stratospheric breakfast. We don't give five points for the fact that when we arrived the room wasn't cleaned; we washed all the sheets in a laundry room to be sure of the cleanliness. For the rest, we stayed splendidly in this hostel.

Tour of Berlin

Apart from the fact that the hostel is not in a great location, I think it's worth staying.The rooms are comfortable and quite large.The cleanliness is adequate and the staff very friendly to guide you around the city.

The Buena estadia is a very good stadium.

Hostel of impeccable cleanliness (be it the bedroom, bathroom, shower, common place), exceptional reception, perfect explanations, (very) pleasant breakfast.

Great hostel.

The stay was fine at the hostel... Nothing too special. 

The location is about a 20 minute tram ride to the center which was fine

For breakfast they had bread, meats, cheese, spreads, etc. 

The bathrooms were shared facilities so the boys and the girls shared the same showers. 

Lockers were similar to gym lockers so very difficult to fit luggage into. They were tall but so narrow.

Visit to Berlin

I stayed here with two other female friends during an interrail trip and really recommend this as a typical backpacking, hostel experience. We were welcomed by a very friendly and incredibly helpful lady on reception. She really went out of her way for us and when our friend got sick which meant we had to stay longer in Berlin, she sorted out a couple more nights in the Die Etage around the corner and even carried our bags there with us. We stayed in a shared female dorm with bunk beds, the rooms were clean with vibrant wall art and there were plug sockets, free wifi and clean bedding in all the rooms. The shared bathroom was not quite so good with its temperamental showers but considering the very decent price, I was not expecting luxury. There was a great chill-out area with comfortable sofas, kitchen and breakfast bar which we made the most of by buying our breakfast from the supermarket (which is located conveniently over the road) and cooking it in the kitchen. There are many like-minded travelers to meet here and it was honestly one of my favorite places that I stayed during my month on the continent. The hostel is full of tourist information all over the walls and the metro to the city center is only a short walk (5-10 mins) away. 

Perfect for young travelers on a budget.

Cheap and cheerful

I booked in this hostel only 10 days before the trip, I found a place in a mixed room with 8 people. The hostel was spacious and everyone had a closet with their own lock. There is a common room with TV and kitchen where you can cook at any hour, Wi-Fi is guaranteed and free in every room and it gets great. The bathrooms are washed once a day. The hostel is not central, but in ten minutes on foot you can reach both the subway and the train station, and the sidewalk is the Kurfurstendamm, full of shops and bars, pleasant to walk around. The girls are available and sunny, because the reception closes at 10 pm and reopens at 10 pm and arriving at night due to a delayed flight in a relationship.

Quality and price

I was in Berlin with my class for 5 days, everything was really nice except for the strange hostel. When we arrived we were greeted first by the friendly chef, who was in a very bad mood and said we shouldn't just come up with the idea of drinking alcohol because she would know all the hiding places. That same day my buddy stood on the ceiling and noticed that the ceiling was loose, we moved a plate and there were only 30-40 bottles of snacks behind it. (So much for the subject I know all the hiding places. I personally am a person who loves to take a daily shower, but I didn't really think about it.)

Good location of the hostel, 15 minutes by tram from Alexanderplatz. Friendly staff. Large and clean double room (due to the presence of the carpet), moderately quiet (road not too busy, noises came more from the other guests of the hostel) Clean but slightly spartan bathrooms (on our floor the shower was without hangers for clothes and also without hook for shower). However comfortable and recommended

It's all right.

Hostel was basic, but very clean. Room was little bit smelly at the arrival ,but you could to fix it up quickly by opening window. Well equipped , spacious kitchen.
Lady at reception (owner I suppose) was very helpful and nice.
We do recommend.

Really good for this price

This summer we travelled Europe with interrail...this was the best hostel in our trip...the receptionist was friendly the room clean and quiet...there was a big dinning room...what else can you ask for? there is also a small lake nearby...we swimmed there :)
