We stayed with the baby for 3 nights. We paid about 300 euros, breakfast included. We were very happy about large rooms with comfortable double beds. The equipment was simple but clean and perfectly sufficient. For the baby you could rent a cot for 3 euros a night. However, we also got a third laundry set and towels for the baby. The bathroom was basic, but also clean and perfectly orderly. The breakfast was top!

Desente Apparthotel for not too much money

The Apparthotel is nicely designed and nicely furnished. We are four here and have enough space. The owner is very nice and friendly. The location is also very close to the beach (less than 5 minutes on foot) and the city can also be reached on foot (15-25 minutes depending on which route you choose). Breakfast is included in the price. We find a top price performance ratio.

Interim stop in bush

For an extended weekend with a family at the lake, bush is well suited. The pain of choosing hotels is difficult, because there are just too many small owner-managed hotels (between bed and breakfast). Legen Thick is one of them. It is near the family lounge in a quiet neighborhood that was probably built in the eighties. We had booked an apartment that was spacious and well equipped (with balcony) - although not with particularly high-quality furniture and a little old-fashioned overall. But I didn't expect it at a dream host either. The TV (small, bad image), the Internet connection (too weak for streaming and not in every corner) and the super shower were not so good anymore.

Proper Apparthotel near the beach

In general, it's okay. In our double room, the closet doors were hanging, so we had to do something. What was uncomfortable about the breakfast room was that the guests' tables weren't cleared up right after breakfast. Probably the staff (twin sisters) waited until another guest showed up. I haven't experienced that yet. It could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom (dirty trash over the toilet). If you don't have too many demands, you're probably well taken care of there.

a little old-fashioned

A small fine hotel near the beach, run by a nice owner. The room, bedroom and bathroom were small but very clean and well decorated. The breakfast in buffet form was fine. It was also pleasant to have the parking spaces right next to the house (free of charge). Overall, I can recommend the Benen Dieken Hotel.
