Nice vacation in the Eifel, the staff was polite and friendly, thanks to Nikki for the great, fast, but stress-free hospitality, clean hotel and good food, please come back.

We've been coming here for years. Not for no reason. The hotel complex with its holiday homes please everyone for something. The location is also very nice. You can get to the most beautiful attractions in the region very quickly. The breakfast and food are also good, but the prices are too high. The hotel and the holiday apartments would have to be renovated so slowly.

I 'd like to go back

The room was fine (no minibar and no WiFi), the meals were good, the breakfast was really good. The bathroom was spacious, but (not the only time we found this in Germany) to get into the shower, you had to cross a high threshold, which is not easy for a criminal person. There is a beautiful, almost flat walk through the forest into the city (25 minutes, if you are allowed to walk), and we found ourselves facing a cute little Bambi a few meters away, and we also saw red squirrels, which is a rare experience for us smokers, since we in England have the American barber's ears, but we have no reason to push the others away. We had to pay for a nearby hotel, but we could not really pay for the hotel's staff, but we had to pay for the hotel's overall ratings, and we could not really get around the hotel, but we had to pay for the hotel's staff, but we had to pay for the hotel's ratings, and we could not really get around the hotel's Gravity and the hotel's Gravity, but we really

Very pleasant, but non-smokers should not go unless the layout is changed.

The room was fine (no mini-bar and no wifi), meals were good, breakfast very good indeed.

The bathroom was roomy but (not the only time we found this in Germany) the shower required a high step over to enter and would be not easy for a frail person.

There is a lovely, mostly level walk through the forest into town (25 mins stroll) and we were confronted by a dear little bambi, just yards away, and also red squirrels, which for we English, is a rare experience, as we only have the American grey back in England which has taken over. 

The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly at this lovely location.  Unfortunately, they all  smoke (!) and the bar, where the reception is located, and through which one walks to get anywhere from one's room, was sometimes an unpleasant experience.  To use free wifi one has to go to the bar where the host computer is situated (so not really proper wifi) and endure the smoke The owner very kindly placed an armchair for us just outside the bar door where one could pick up the signal, but the smoke pervades the corridors too.

The balcony view is so lovely and we would have liked to rate the hotel higher but due to the above remarks could not do so.  The real rating is 'good' but TA does not allow anything between 'average and 'very good'.  We paid here for 3 nights what we paid for 4 at the preceding hotel which we had rated higher, but as the owners are such nice people, it has been difficult to write our critique.  Perhaps the hotel layout of arrangements could be altered.
