The hotel City Meet Point has no lounge, no restaurant room, there is no where to meet other guests, the hotel is not a meet point!

The Hotel City Meet Point is operated by Afghanistan people, all the staff are men.
The hotel staff are unfriendly and discriminate,  and if you are black or a woman do not book this hotel, the Afghanistan men have no respect for women!

I made a mistake and paid for 7 nights in advance, when i found the conditions of the hotel after one night, i asked the hotel  i wanted to leave and asked the hotel for refund, but they refused. i stayed for 7 nights and bed sheets were not changed and the room was never cleaned! Most of the 5/5 reviews are by the hotel staff, so do not be fool. I am giving honest review here to help other people to avoid this hotel and not to make the mistake i made.

Honestly, we didn't like anything about the hotel, because we had unwanted guests in the form of mice in both rooms the very first night! When we spoke to the receptionist about it, they allegedly knew nothing about the mice falling under the beds! Then there was mold in the bathroom as well as the unclean rooms, holes in the wall, dirty towels and bedding, and a hotel manager who was 0.0% interested in a clarification of the extremely unpleasant situation. Even on multiple phone requests and by mail there was no answer or even an apology! The boss is never available and the employees are just making empty inquiries! We have already broken one in three after our breakdown, so there was no more time to think about the urgency and the hygiene of the premises!

Most terrifying room I have ever slept in. Blood staines, yellow mystery staines and puke staines everywhere. One horrible shower and toilet for the whole floor, which I have to say was as bad as the room. I would rather sleep on the street than going back there.

Sleep on the street instead

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights alone and exclusively because it is located in a strategic position (Central train and bus station 200m) and 20min walking distance from the center. I considered staying out all day and having a bed to sleep in and nothing else. The bathroom was a hole but I saw worse!!! I recommend it for those who want to spend little (compared to the prices of the area) without claims.

I had booked the hotel with a friend because it seemed well located. Unfortunately, I hadn't thought that near the train station also often means red light district. The prostitutes stood right in front of the hotel and in all the surrounding streets chatting to you all the time - that was pretty annoying. Then there were some junkies hanging out in the street completely drunk and gossiping behind you. Inside the hotel was pretty broken down and dirty. I would strongly recommend it!

Very centrally located for train travellers, ideal for theatrical and museum visits. Quiet location on a side street opposite the stage entrance theatre. Good noise protection windows, good mattresses. Very friendly staff. A super price-performance for which you would love to buy renovation needs and moderate cleanliness. I would come back here and recommend it further.

It's central, but still quiet.

Apart from the nice receptionist and the fancy staircase, there was no comfort in this accommodation. The front door was broken and there was a sticky hole in our room door. The carpet was decorated with white spots. The bathroom was also unclean, equipped with a small, moldy shower, a brown clove brush and a laundry box with fire spots. On the back of a head bag there were hairs. Hygiene was not at all.

Like a crime scene

For one night, the location is good, close to the train station, exit north, the mini bathroom, in Hamburg EZ 70€, nothing cheaper.

The hotel is discreet, very clean, is located in a very interesting location, close to the train station, very busy area even at night, full of rooms and restaurants. Just cross the train station and from the opposite side you are almost in the center.

The best location. we found it dirty carpet on arrival, hair on bath and carpet. no room service. of course it is well located. comfortable beds but room and toilet small. heating in winter more than correct. in the works when we left.
