The hotel is located on a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the Hamburg district of Bergedorf. It looks nice from the outside. On the ground floor there is a nice Italian restaurant with high prices. The reception was friendly, the rooms are nice with a small TV and a sparingly equipped but clean. The bathroom including the toilet is a little down, there is a soap dispenser, shampoo in small packages and body lotion. The fountain works. The breakfast is then a big disappointment: no eggs, no yogurt, no fruit and for me very bad, no espresso  even if it's not actually an Italian restaurant. The breakfast, cheaper meals, marshmallows, laughter, other bread and butter is bad. But for breakfast we have a good price, but for coffee and butter we have a good price. But for breakfast we have a good price.

Simple hotel, only breakfast should be avoided

We were supposed to stay for two nights. When we arrived we would be received in the middle of the restaurant by the chef. And if the key to the room was given, then this way. The carpet floor in the room was full of stains. The balcony was broken. Everywhere there were spiders and some of these were also dead on the floor. The bathroom was totally dirty and outdated. No repair by the staff!! Absolutely cruel.

Never again

Nice room, friendly staff, beautiful Italian restaurant, very nicely set out with great attention to detail. My wife and I just had soup (1 tomato 1 Minestrone) both really delicious and well presented. Complimentary little bruschetta to start then ample soft Italian bread with the soup. A little dish of a the best fresh pesto I’ve tasted came too. Wish we were eating here tonight but getting a meal provided later,

High class Italian Restaurant 

So, let's get this straight: the hotel probably doesn't pick itself out consciously - as is undoubtedly the case with RESTORANT... but it's still not a mistake: big room, big bathroom, tip top clean... dense windows, so you can't hear the street when the windows are closed... Breakfast is sparingly Italian... but the few euros alone are worth it because of the delicious espresso!

For the money?

The location of the hotel was unfavorable, right on the street, the window had to be closed. Without air conditioning it was uncomfortable...the TV was very small and was very far from the bed. The bathroom was quite small. For this the staff was very friendly. We didn't notice the breakfast offer, but it didn't look particularly delicious. Overall, I thought it was expensive for the offer. All in all, I'd rather never stay there again.
