Good location: right in the harbour and still quiet with a wonderful view of the lock. Successful renovation of the storage room, spacious suite, hotel own parking space in a hall with bicycle storage. Very good breakfast with a wide selection that hardly leaves any wishes open. Very nice staff, all of them! Always helpful, always smiling and always approachable. Our room is very good, both visually and practically, furnished. The bathroom and the bathroom are separate, which is very pleasant. The location is perfect at the port and quite directly to the pedestrian.

Perfect time in a perfect environment

This is rarely the place to live. It's more like an apartment hotel with a restaurant attached to it than an apartment complex. Bright spacious apartments with a great view of the alley and the promenade in the port of Chapels. I can only recommend the restaurant in Pierspeicher. Great breakfast and also a map with creative and regional dishes. Not always the same in fatty swimming fish, which you unfortunately get too often up here.

We had 3 lovely days at the Pierspeicher Hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and our studio was very cozy. The view of the folding bridge from the sofa was wonderful! It's great that everything can be reached on foot and even the parking lots are free. The breakfast was everything the heart desires, and the kitchen in the evening was excellent. Thank you very much to the team for the short break!

Great view, cozy and central

The hotel seems unfinished. From the small, temporary-looking reception to the interim doors between the parking lot and the hotel that look like construction sites, you get the impression that the hotel is not yet in its final condition. The reception was polite, although not overwhelming. The rooms are functional and are nicely decorated at first glance. On closer inspection, you will notice less beautiful, such as Ikea furniture, much affordable PVC floors, a too dark bathroom light or an unclosed shower. On the ceiling were stains where paint was overstained. The gigantic view of the frills (especially expensive for two nights) was overwhelmingly expensive, although we can recommend it for a maximum of €30 per night (with a maximum of €1 per night) and we can still recommend it for the hotel with a short overnight stay.

Functional - as a mere overnight accommodation ok

Historic building right on the porch. Staff at the reception (including Mrs. of...) very unfriendly. Not welcome. We arrived at 14.30 and were sent away again because all the rooms were supposedly only finished by 15.00 hours. So went other guests that day. At 15.00 hours they all stood first at the reception, then packed themselves with luggage on the elevator. The rooms are large. The beds are comfortable. Furniture is the cheapest type and accommodated. Seats and sofas have been passed through and had a dust layer. Shower: impractical preconstruction. Weaked water (only in the shower). Very difficult to wash out the hair.

Defective hotel in very good condition

The entire hotel design is exceptional. The room (here a small suite) had a perfect room division, was bright and the view directly on the slope and boats led to a great ambience. The hotel is very nicely located, the staff friendly, the dinner was great at fair prices. Parking situation without extra costs very well solved. All in all a great short stay with repeat intent. Coroan situation and framework conditions very well solved.
