The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from May to October.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

Fees

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 14–14 for adults, and EUR 7–14 for children
• Pet fee: EUR 15 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out fee: EUR 19 (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 35.0 per day
