Really horrible service and rooms. Aircondition doesn't work in the room so the room tempereture is between 27 and 28 degrees all day and night even though the windows are open during the night.  I have told the reception several times now that it is impossible to sleep in this room. They promised to fix it for 2 days now. Today they promised to fix it and leave a ventilator before the reception closes at 6 pm. When I got back from dinner the aircondition is still not fixed and the tempreture is 27 degrees and they have not left a ventilator as they promised 10 times. Now I have to sleep in this room for another night even though it is impossible to fald a sleep in such warmth. I told the reception that I was afraid they would just leave at 6 pm without helping me and there would be no way I could reach anyone because there are no staff available in the hotel afrer 6 pm and she promised she at least would leave a ventilator. I am so dissapointed and I cannot beleven I have to stay herefter for another 4 nights in these horrible conditions.

Horrible service

We were disappointed by the lack of consideration given to the fact that there was no heating or hot water for the first 24 hours, and the management remained deaf to our demand for compensation, but according to the room staff, the phenomenon of failure of the heat pump was recurring.

If anything were to happen, the maid would find you dead.

We had booked the SPA Suite for the weekend. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed, the room is very old and not maintained. Spider webs, lubricated discs and stains in shower/bathtub. For this price we cannot recommend the hotel! Don't be fooled by the pictures.

In the years that have passed, cleanliness leaves to be desired, not recommended.

We were in this hotel for the second time (we took the same room as last year's last year's la zeller spa suite) the life was still as splendid, staff so nice and with little care and need 24/24 the! Breakfast : plenty of choice. The 11eme with terrace is open 24/24 with small snacks and drinks (paid) The suite has a strong trunk, jacuzzi, hamam, Italian shower, massage shower, a table that comes down from the ceiling, triple ventilator. The only shortcoming as last year, all bathroom care (hamam, music, light) is on with the table and she doesn't walk. There is also a little cleaning available a minute too. (Canopy, trail, lake, badly attached...) We spent the night at the AquaTourm! Very nice staff, great breakfast, great view of the dining room! Everything is decent. A very nicely decorated special hotel. There are enough parking spaces and the location is very central!

Exceptional and excellent!

If you book at this hotel, you should be aware that it is not primarily about the accommodation of tourists, but about your own wallet. The wallet of Aqua Turm GmbH and also of Euronord Inkasso GmbH. Although rooms with cancellation options are offered here, the guest has little chance of actually cancelling. In my specific case, I have cancelled both via the online booking portal and also by telephone. The booking portal did not accept my cancellation (though clearly in the cancellation period). The lady at the reception said by telephone cancellation has been entered. 8 weeks later, however, a letter from the Euronord Inkasso GmbH to the Euronord Inkasso GmbH requested you to cancel the booking.

Criminal structures and threat of liability through collection companies

The hotel is architecturally exceptional, the location is central to Radolfzell, the breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Only the small panoramic room, quite frankly, it's more of a single room. The bed is very narrow and is directly on the wall, so one person has to sleep directly on the floor, without a night table, without accommodation and having to crawl in or out over the dining room.

Exceptional architecture, great views

The rooms were very nice and conveniently furnished. Everything was very clean and checking worked great with the vending machine since we only arrived at 9:00. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The quality of the breakfast was very good and fresh. There was nothing to expose. We had a wonderful 3 nights.

A hotel that keeps its promises!

We had a wonderful vacation, we took the zeller spa suite, and I can guarantee it's worth it. A hammam in the room, a jacuzzi, Italian shower, massage shower, panoramic view, transat, a table to eat that comes down from the ceiling, a TV that comes out of a wall. There were dresses and socks, mini fridge full. The only little thing I've got to say is that the shops open automatically there's nothing to do and during our stay we had to fill the jacuzzi with 10-15 shower dresses because the jacuzzi's dressing is broken so if the jacuzzi and the reception is the kiff. So it was a real scandal that we were told we didn't need a little lunch or a little something to pay for, but the restaurant has a nice room and it's still worth a nice room and it's a nice room.

Very original friendly staff breakfast on the 11th floor with a wonderful view rooms super nice and well decorated like a tower room really beautiful come back also the breakfast buffet was delicious and rich
