One star is too much! Dirty, stinking room and mold in the bathroom. Melted bread and mustard on terrace/yard and ashtrays with cigarette butts. Suburban room canceled and demanding repayment. Landlord generally demands advance payment. FINGER OF THIS PENSION!

The hotel is not recommended. The booked and written confirmed rooms were suddenly no longer available, as it had been decided to accommodate mounters on their way through our rooms. No prior information about this, at least a partial refund of the costs was made. Rooms with unlovely-built cheap furniture, the cabinets hung with the doors crooked, no beam like the other, in the closet a crumbled button packet was found, the whole house is a construction site and is being renovated at the time, however, nothing (on the contrary, it is urgently needed). The sparkling is not compatible with the sparkling. Very bad

We stayed at this hotel for one night when driving to Italy for skiing. 
It seems as if the hotel has recently changed owner and the descriptions found online no longer apply. We were told that the restaurant is no longer functioning (there is one nearby, fortunately), and the man that let us in wasn't sure if we can get breakfast in the morning (in the end we ate our own food). The room we stayed in was the most expensive one during our entire trip and at the same time the poorest one.

Overpriced and poor

There was no soap + a big parking lot + clean + nice beds + delicious breakfast for €5 + nice hostess, thank you.

That's not true.

The best thing that's really positive is a perfectly functioning Wi-Fi and SAT TV. Otherwise, the accommodation is no longer rustically populated. The premises smell like what the ground floor pizzeria makes.

I can 't think of anything this time.

We were on a halfway trip and stayed in the guest house. The chef is very hospitable, we could check in later on. The Italian cuisine is really great and is prepared personally by the chef. The equipment for the room prices is very reasonable and spacious. The area is very quiet. Overall we give 4 stars for service, overnight stay and kitchen.

Now operated and renovated by a new owner, beautiful, quiet location surrounded by mountains and forests, delicious Italian dishes and beautifully decorated rooms in Bavarian style, relaxed atmosphere.

Holiday in the heart of Bavaria

We(4 people) have used this guesthouse as a stopover to Lake Garda.The host is friendly.We could not use the guesthouse as it is closed on Friday.Please ask beforehand!!!!!The rooms are sufficient for one night!The building is in need of renovation, there is still much to do.
