We were at the Hammerwirt Hotel for two nights. When we arrived we first had to find out that we had a room on the third floor - but the hotel has no elevator. The hotel is in a good location, but it's been quite years. The first night was a disaster - the bed was quieter at every turn and the hotel is so bright that you can hear exactly what the guests in the next room and in the hall are talking about. The bathroom was not really clean and very small. When we first used the water, the pressure was so high that you were wet from the bottom up. In the corner, the previous guests were still getting their hair wet and at the shower the whole time, a piece of the cabin fell off. Unfortunately, there was no bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no bathroom. There was a light that had been cooking in the bathroom - a little bit of the morning, and then you had to try to get a little more water, so that you could get wet from the bottom to the top.

Not again.

One night here was enough. The bathroom was very small and without a curtain or vision shield at the window. The bed snapped - and not just mine, as I could hear through the thin walls. I also watched my neighbors' TV show live. The coronation was the washed blood stain on the bedding... fortunately there was still a blanket in the closet. The complaint about it was not taken seriously the next morning. I was positively surprised by breakfast. It was simple - but good. However, there was a quiet, forced and dark atmosphere in the breakfast room. I won't be coming here anymore and I can't recommend it.

No, thank you. I'm not coming back.

I honestly don't understand all these criticisms. I booked at this hotel on the occasion of the Christmas markets, my wife and daughter stayed with me for three nights. After booking I read the reviews but I honestly don't share them. The rooms are simple, but of adequate size and perfectly clean. The staff is very kind and available. And by the way, at 200 meters you are in the center. I sincerely recommend it!

Christmas 2017

So the room was like the ugliest thing I've ever had to experience in a hotel in my life. Everything was completely unkind and even clean on the outside. The bathroom is so small that you can drink from the sink while you're sitting in the bathroom. (No joke) For the price, it's all a shame. Absolutely not recommended.

It's scary.

We had the impression that the hotel was about to close. In fact, you should have been stunned when the money was collected on arrival. After we saw the room, we realized why. The second room offered was not much better. Both rooms were inhabited and unclean and levellessly decorated. Since the bathroom can't be described as such, it was so narrow that you can hardly sit on the toilet. To wash, you had to keep the door open. Fortunately, we only had one night booked. We can only advise everyone to book this hotel. We also had a parking space booked, but it wasn't available. Breakfast was just as bad as everything else.

Disastrous overnight stay

Last year we stayed at this hotel with friends and we found ourselves well enough to book for the next year. Last week we showed up at the hotel with our booking (written) of the two double rooms, but the response to the reception was that there was no booking... Only three were available for two nights and one was available for one night! Even though we made them wrong we were forced to take the two rooms for one night (paying for 5 even though we were in 4!!) and one from 3 for the next night (one slept in the car).

I missed the booking.

I usually find myself being realistic and even hairless on my tongue in the reviews but in this case, having already been warned on my departure for the hotel, I find myself definitely in a counter-trend to those who came before me.

I don't understand all this criticism.

OK, I've done it in other bad hotels, BUT not before 120.00 EUR PER NIGHT in the double room, including breakfast that doesn't deserve the name. Coffee you can zap yourself at the machine, the cooked eggs are warm to cold, sausage and cheese variants are thin, the only service is unfriendly, the buffet is cleaned 2 minutes after breakfast, although you're not finished or you're not asked yet. Another guest had slept, part of the buffet was gone, please hurry. The room had come in the years but still halfway acceptable.

Very ugly hotel.

We were passing by and we found this solution - indeed a cheap price, but absolutely inadequate structure - from the smell in the bathroom, to the ruined chairs/seats, which are definitely unprintable in a hotel, and finally to breakfast, far from the German standards to which we are usually accustomed.

I wouldn 't recommend it!

The hotel is quite cheap considering German prices, but is below the average. The room is quite big, but the bathroom is very very small. Breakfast is absolutely bad: few choice of good and low qualità beverages.
