I stayed with my family in July, the apartment is close to the park, you could walk to it in 5 minutes, there are walking lanes, gym area, outdoors, mini golf in short, well equipped. When I got back to the apartment, our apartment had a double room and a children's room, well organized. It didn't convince me the cleaning, the carpet was stained and worn.

It could get better.

Good for family travel. It is at the end of the village. Very nice views, parking and WiFi. Everything very new, clean and complete. There is a sauna and a living room with pool and table games.

Very suitable for families traveling with children. Everything very clean and comfortable. Precious views in a spectacular landscape. There is a sauna and living room and game sharing and a pool. It has WiFi and parking.

A nice cheap and very clean apartment. Very quietly located with a wonderful view of the green. The rooms are large, bright and friendly. There are roller coasters for the night, so that mom doesn't get woken up by the first rays of sunshine. The kitchen line is equipped with everything you need for a normal meal, but you should bring sharp kitchen knives, because the ones that are available really cut nothing! Then the towel is scarce. There is one large and one small towel per guest. That's definitely too little!! What really annoys is the Internet. In this day and age the Internet should be faster and much wider. I have to go back behind the camera very early, and it had to be at some time.

Nice but capable of expansion

We had a 2 bed ground floor apartment which was a great size, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The sliding doors opened right into the park and I'm sure it is a great spot when the weather is a bit warmer for a family to enjoy the outdoors.

However there were 4 main things that were a problem for us:
1. There is nothing that tells you when you book that you have to collect the key from Hotel Am SoleGarten down the hill, so we got all our luggage and 2 sleepy small children out of the car to find that we actually had to drive back down the road to get the key. Not a problem if we had been told that when booking.
2. The wifi didn't work, and when we rang reception at the hotel for help, the response was 'well, that's the password.' Hmmmm.
3. There are no curtains, just net curtains that are totally transparent when the lights are on. It is fairly secluded but anyone walking or driving past can see right in, and it also made the room feel very cold at night. Must be really annoying with early morning sunshine in summer. Was pretty annoying having to get changed in the bathroom and not my bedroom too.
4. The top bunk had a ladder that we had to lean against the bed ourselves, and only one of those collapsible bed guards that we had to fit ourselves, no built-in rails. Totally unsafe for a 3 year old that moves a lot in his sleep (and normally sleeps on the top bunk at home) and I would have been nervous sleeping up there myself. We pulled the mattress onto the floor for the night.
Just a few tweaks to these minor issues would make this a great place to stay

Could be so much better

In October 2015, we were in the sports chalet with the whole family (2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog). The apartments are generous and useful. Very well equipped and quiet. So well sounded - this is important for young children.:-) I speak from experience. We liked it so much that we came back this year (2016). The apartments have different themes from the sports area. One apartment is dedicated to the theme of golf, another to the theme of football. Also the halls are attractive and there is a room to play - kicker, billiards, etc.

Vacation with child and cone

I booked the hotel for a business trip. The rooms, better the apartments are great, clean and very big. Unfortunately the house does not offer a bar or a reception. We arrived late at night, wanted to go to the sauna, that is, we were at 6:30 pm on the spot, the sauna was not turned on, despite several indications in the reception at the Sole bath, the latter manages the hotel. The Sauna Sole then went down the next day. The hotel is beautifully decentralized in the green, unfortunately, to what to eat you need the car. Breakfast is available in the hotel garden, how to drive by car to breakfast, this is also not optimal, for this you will be excused with a really good buffet. I said for a business trip to the hotel, I would not want to make it very unsuitable, I thought that it would be very nice to go to my grandfather.

Unsuitable for a business trip, vacation would be fine

Can't recommend this enough . Lovely quiet setting overlooking a golf course . Immaculate large apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchenette .  Lots of restaurants about 15 min walk away . We got free 3 hour admitance to the local health spa when we checked in , which is well worth a visit . Excellent value for money .

Fantastic

I can't recommend this house enough. Beautiful, quiet location with a view of the golf course. impeccable, large apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Many restaurants within 15 minutes walk. We got three hours at the local spa on check-in, which was also very worth a visit. Great price-performance ratio.

It's fabulous.

The small hotel is located right on a golf course. Solemar is a 10-minute walk to the city centre, about 20 minutes. The rooms towards the west have a nice view. The hotel and the whole complex are still relatively new. The rooms are comfortable, unfortunately they were a little too small for me. The food is ok, nothing special, the price is reasonable. The house should be chosen if you want to play sports (say the name): bike trips, gold, archery, swimming, there are many possibilities here. However, here you have to forgo the amenities and feel of a normal hotel, rather than an ambiance like a holiday resort. We really liked it!
