Small, friendly and well maintained hotel. Our Room had plenty of room and the fridge was handy. The shower was amazing!  The  hotel generally was spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is very tasty and plentiful. Had a wonderful weeks stay.

Excellent weeks stay

We stayed at the Xidas Garden from May 10 to 22 in a comfortable and spacious room with balcony and mountain views. The room and hotel are impeccably clean and the staff are always thoughtful and pleasant. It was the beginning of the season and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Meals are taken on a covered terrace, but it can be cool and it is better to have a small wool for breakfast and dinner. The food is very proper, simple but cooked. If you want a car, no problem in Bali, we have wandered the coast and mountains, with often spectacular roads. Thank you, a stay has allowed us a real rest and beautiful meetings. We always have a good meeting and a good personal friendship with Michael, and we always take good care of him.

Our vacation at Xidas Garden was wonderful. Dear, working people at the hotel who from early to late only pursue one thing: to pamper their guests! Greek warmth, super Greek cuisine and always keeping an eye on the little things! Very well-kept, clean and green hotel! This was not our last vacation at Xidas Garden. We are back!

Arriving and feeling comfortable around

Very nice small family  hotel with really great staff. The hotel area is more fragmented but has always been perfectly maintained. The rooms were spacious, air-conditioned and beautifully cleaned. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, which was always clean, only in the high season there was a bit of a fight for sunbeds. Working bar cca from 11:00 to 23:00 with a great selection and even better service. In the evening, you can sit here very well. The distance from the hotel to the two sandy beaches is approx. 250m up a steep hill. There is no great noise around the hotel at night.

As for the food, all meals were served buffet style and the selection of meals was good by the standards of a three-star hotel of this capacity. Some might have reservations about the number of dishes, but I personally had no problem always choosing. A possible minor disadvantage may be that during a longer stay, the main dishes and their composition will become slightly repetitive, or if you arrive for dinner later, some of the favorite desserts may no longer be available.

As suggestions for improvement, for example, I would welcome more leisure activities directly in the hotel, such as ping pong, petanque, etc., but it's about preferences and I don't take it as a negative.

I can only warmly recommend the hotel without any complaints. We enjoyed a very nice holiday here!

A very nice family run hotel with really great staff

The hotel is stationed slightly on a hill. All employees are very friendly, they take care of the guests' comfort. The hotel itself is very quiet at night. Our room faced the pool where there is also a bar, but there were no problems with noise. The windows and door to the balcony are very well soundproofed and when you close the door, you can't hear anything from the outside. There is also very good sound insulation in the rooms. The air conditioner in the room worked normally, we had it on all night. The rooms are cleaned every day, the floors are washed, towels are changed every 2 or 3 days. The beds are quite comfortable, otherwise a little harder.
The food was very good and healthy. Nothing fried. The only sin was the baked fries :D. There was a lot of choice for vegetarians too.
The only awkward thing for us was that you can't throw toilet paper into the bowl but into the bin. But it's probably like that all over the country. It was also very difficult for us to get used to the fact that the staff carried plates from the tables very quickly. And they have too small cups for coffee :)
In any case, I would still come to Xidas Hotel. Very nice!

Very friendly and clean hotel

A great vacation with an exceptional bartender, a quiet family hotel for a couple's Zen vacation, buffet, bedroom, staff at the top, near 5 beaches, prom excursion to do we will return without hesitation, from manager to housekeeper there are exceptional people, go without hesitation honestly so much to do and see ❤️

Great holidays

We stayed for 1 week at the Xidas Garden, a very nice hotel in Bali, the guests are particularly welcoming, family atmosphere, relaxing and quiet, ideal for the farmer and for exploring the Crete... The meals are very tasty (mainly Crete), only breakfast could be more diverse. The staff is in the care of the two sons of the owners, the room is very clean, just like the hotel... Bali is a village with small coves with clear waters and rather quiet at the beginning of the season..... We advise you and I hope to be able to return to it one day.....

A charming hotel.

Although the hotel is not on the first coastline, but in just a few minutes you can get to 2 main beaches (the hotel is located almost in the center of the village), many taverns and shops, as well as local tourist agencies. If you walk a little further, especially for those who love active recreation, you can get to the old port, as well as the 4th beach - Karavostazi (in my opinion - the main beach of Bali). The rooms are mainly warm with a view of the swimming pool and bays, very relaxing and relaxing, but you can feel very comfortable in the back of the house, but all the staff and staff of the resort are very comfortable.
