Best house for holidays and for family very clean house Comfortable We enjoyed it the place and the host make one tour in the city and show As the Best place to eat  . The house it was more cheap from the hotels in the city.

Relaxin place with pool!! 

Just spent a week at Evie's Houses and had a great stay! We were a group of 10 Adults and 2 small children and had the entire block booked. It comprises 2 x 2 bedroom double story units and 2 x 1 bedroom ground floor units. Good clean facilities and well maintained by the hosts, with a linen and towel change mid week. Also a great outdoor barbecue area and swimming pool.

A short 10 minute drive to local supermarkets and beaches and 20 minutes to Old Town Chania - best to have a car though. Undercover parking for 4 cars on site.

Now the hosts, Babis and Katerina - wow... they were great. Very welcoming and always on hand or at the end of the phone to offer advice on best eating spots, beaches or places to visit!! Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Great place if you are a larger group or family that want to stay together.

GREAT STAY!!

Comfortable and spacious room, warm reception, close to the airport of Chania. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Nice small swimming pool. Possibility of breakfast (the owner then leaves everything at his disposal to prepare a good breakfast).

All right, all right.

Extremely intrusive host. We rented the whole villa but the host kept visiting, without any prior notice,  even 3 times a day and even sat down and would not stop talking and asking questions.
The place was packed with outdoor cameras (maybe 6 cameras), and not only at the entrance for security reasons, but at the swimming pool and outdoor dining and resting areas.

EXTREMELY INTRUSIVE HOST

The Evies House is an excellent residence immersed in the countryside of the Akrotiri Peninsula, near Chania. Here you can experience the true Cretan hospitality of Mr. Babis, a careful and caring landlord. We spent 12 days in the large apartment, a good starting point to reach the locations in the central-western area of the island, especially for those who decide to rent a car. The surroundings of the residence are rich in services (supermarkets, take away, restaurants, banks, bus stops, etc.) but, on the contrary, the area is quiet and quiet.

Hospitality and relaxation.

Modern and spacious apartment, all comfortable. The bed is perfect. There is a balcony in each room, which is rather nice. The exterior is beautifully decorated with a large swimming pool. Our host, Babis, was a great help in managing our trip to Crete. The restaurants he advised us were all excellent! The only drawback is that you have to take the car automatically when you leave the apartment to be able to visit (but rest assured, Chania is barely ten minutes away by car) In short, you can reserve your eyes closed.
