We spent almost a week at Kyklades Studios August 2019 and were very happy with our choice.  
The view of the beach below - that is, Ag. Ioannis Porto as well as the small promontory separating Porto from the adjacent beach of Laouti/Skyladar is truly amazing, day or night. Across the water the island of Myconos is visible, and in the evening the lights (fireworks as well, one night) make for a stunning nightscape.  
The rooms are spacious and very clean - towels and linens changed daily, and  unwashed dishes left in the kitchen sink were taken care of by the time we returned to the room later in the day.  
We didn't use the AC, preferring instead the cieling fan which did an adequate job of keeping the room cool in the evenings.  
The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, a small oven plus two electric hobs, pot, pans, strainer, juicer, grater, as well as coffee machine and frappe mixer, but no basic staples (salt/vinegar/oil/sugar) at all.  We didn't use the oven. The large hob cooked well and was made frequent use of. The smaller hob however couldn't get to the boiling point for Greek/Turkish style coffee or cooking an egg. 
The balcony in front of the studio includes a small table and two chairs perfect for lounging in the late evening as the sun goes down.  The three buildings comprising the complex are constructed in such a way as to give each terrace/balcony a sense of privacy, you are not visible from the neigboring balcony when seated.  
I have to mention the wind.  It can get very very very windy in Tinos and it did during our stay.  The balcony we had was well-protected and we could sit outside even during the strongest of winds in the evening, enjoying our beer and the magnificent view.   However the sound of the wind takes some getting used to. A wireless speaker to connect to your phone and put on some music to relax may come in handy.  (Maybe earplugs for sleeping, too!)
Lastly, one more comment. Between our building and the adjacent one, the space was used as a housekeeping station, where towels etc were hung out to dry after being laundered. Nothing wrong with that but this could have been located someplace less visible, eg. to the rear of the property. Without the visible laundry, the property is picture-perfect. Other than this detail, the premises were well tended, with a stretch of lawn and a variety of shrubs and palm trees making for a very pretty landscape.  
If you don't have a car, the bus stop is located a short walk down the hill, making it very convenient to get to Chora (the port town) from Kyklades Studios. 
If you are going to use the cooking appliances, I don't recommend the mini-market down the road, prices are ridiculously high and selection is poor. Better to shop at the larger stores in the port town. There are several butcher shops with local meats, several bakeries, a farmer's market (daily till 2pm) next to the bus terminal on the port, the agricultural cooperative shop selling excellent local cheeses as well as local fresh milk, and another one with local fresh eggs.

Excellent view, convenient location

The efficiency of the owner was already seen from the first email contacts, fast and courteous, it is not very expansive but is present and kind. Arriving at the port she came to pick us up, it includes the service to and from the port for those who wanted it, then arriving at the structure she offered to accompany us to the nearest market. The room seemed just renovated, cleaning always done meticulously (including the placement of the chips).

I stayed at Kyklades Studios and Apartment from the 1st of June to the 30th of June 2019.  It was my first time travelling on my own and Marina the owner and her daughter were so welcoming and kind to me.  Marina picked me up from the port on arrival and also dropped me back to the port on departure.  Her daughter kindly took me to the shops and when I fell ill, their concern was so warm and comforting.  The apartment is fantastic, clean and has everything that you need.  It is just a short walk to the beach and the many tavernas to eat at.  I didn't have a car and Marina helped me with the bus time table and any other information I needed.  They recommended the islands that I should visit and basically treated me like family.  On my departure they gave me a lovely neckline which was so gorgeous and unexpected.  These apartments a well situated and it is just a short walk to the minimart and the bus stop to go to Tinos.  I can recommend this apartment highly - it was beyond my expectations and everything was just fantastic.  If you in Tinos this is the accommodation to rent.  It is full equipped and on arrival there was cold water in the fridge.  All cooking appliances are there and basically it was just the best.  I would definitely recommend these apartment highly.  Marina is warm and welcoming and I felt like I was staying with family.  This is five star accommodation on so many levels.  Thank you Marina, Yoda and Yulee for looking after me so well.

It's charming with an amazing view.

Positioned just above the seafront at the far end of Agios Ioannis beach Kyklades Studios offer a fabulous panoramic view over the bay and across the sea to Mykonos, Delos and Agia Irini; on a clear day Naxos, Paros, Sifnos and the edge of Syros can be seen. The night sky is epic and mesmerising with a glass of wine. The accommodation itself is well-appointed with a small kitchen area, comfortable bed and typical Greek studio bathroom: they are cleaned daily and have a good-sized balcony to admire the aforementioned view, it presents very good value and we made it our base from which to explore Tinos. Marina is available to help with any questions or requests and is a genuinely kind and lovely lady who it was a pleasure to meet. The bus stop into town is at the bottom of the road to the beach: it is a regular service (in season) and connects with other services in the main town. It’s worth hiring a car if you can to explore the island as it has a lot to offer. We found several tavernas a short walk away from the studios and our particular favourite was Anatoli. The beaches local to the studios are fabulous, as are others further along the coast such as Agios Romanos. Tinos can be a bit breezy (Aeolus was appointed by Zeus as God of Winds and he made his home on Tinos) but we definitely plan to return.

A warm welcome and fabulous view

Very clean studios and with a fantastic location, very quiet but close to 2 beaches within walking distance, several bars and a few taverns. They are not luxurious but they are treated in every way with daily towel replacement and every 2/3 of the day the sheets which are also very fragrant. Marina, the owner came to pick us up for free at the port, arranged the car hire for us and was supportive of every single request.

That's not a good idea.

Very nice and spacious apartment, with large terrace, and fantastic sea view, daily cleaning towels are changed every day, marina and an exceptional person who is available and kind, came to drop us off at the port and brought us back when we left, also helped us with car rental, apartment and 6 km from the center, and a few meters from the beach, apartment of everything, really great.

We are back after 2 years and we can only confirm what was said: Exceptional!! excellent family management, very clean studios, bay view and tranquility.

There is no denying it!

The studio 114 is located at the northern end of the small complex on the first floor. Large over 20 square meters, equipped with a functional cooking corner and a really large double bed. The structure is well maintained, with clean interiors, fresh and common parts with well-groomed garden. The cleanliness is perfect: I have seen constantly washing with water the floors in these rooms, changing the daily towels and bed linens to alternate days. Mediocre WIFI signal, the only real sin of the living room. To get a signal you have to get to the center of the complex.

We recently returned from a 10-day stay at Kyklades Studios and our experience is more than satisfactory. On the suggestion of a friend who had already been there, we had a fantastic welcome from Marina, the owner. She picked us up at the harbour, escorted us to the nearest market for the first expense and gave us useful advice during our stay. The studio was charming, very clean, changing towels every day and the sheets every two days, overlooking the sea and Mykonos on the horizon, what more could we ask for?
