Great value for a two star hotel.  The staff are very friendly.
We stayed in a standard room with a view of the river.  The air con was not working however.   Its a small room, but with a wall of mirrors works well. The bathroom door is glass, with a gap underneath so offers no privacy at all.  At night the light from the bathroom window is very bright.  We solved this problem by hanging bath towels over the shower rail to block the light.
There is a small fridge with complimentary water. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are quite firm.
This hotel is within walking distance of the harbour, stadium and the Metropolitan Hospital. 

Great value two star hotel

We had booked a room and asked for a very special room. But we never got a response from the establishment, so we ended up with a suite that we didn't want. Decoration really more than doubtful and very aging, most of it very dirty. Tapestry with dubious details, disgusting dirty sunbathing... etc. Thankfully the housekeeping of the room is flawless. Room worthy of a hotel with tinted windows in the hall and movements all night long... It's really not scary. Absolutely no welcome products except a bottle of water. Otherwise anything over 80€ a night we're asking for a little more than a snack from the bathroom.

Hotel located on the metro line to the Piree, three beautiful rooms recently renovated, very good sound insulation, air conditioning, charming staff.

It's a good hotel.

This hotel has very nice decorated rooms and polite staff that tries to satisfy the customer's demands. But unfortunately it is quite noisy due to bad soundproofing. You can hear everything from outside the next rooms and that's disturbing and awkward. 

Good for couples 

Very welcoming staff at reception who explained that we were entitled to a complimentary drink delivered to our room (very much appreciated) The room was spotless and very well furnished and equipped with excellent Wi Fi connection. Breakfast is also delivered to your room

Fabulous Hotel

We have been there for one night ,but hotel is nice and one a good location,near metro station ( 2 minutes walk ) and Kareiskaki stadium. You have a welcome drink on a check-in. Room is intresting with a lot of mirrors and nice pictures. Room is clean.

Interesting hotel

My family and I reserved 4 rooms for 5 nights. Hotel has nice location overlooking a canal. A few meters from Faliro metro station and buses. Olympiacos stadium is next to metro station. 
The staff is super friendly, and always helpful. 
A short walk from several restaurants, ideal for dinner.
For breakfast at hotel is very basic and brought in a tray, ( tea/coffe croissant/toast). We opted for breakfast at cofffee shops at the city Center. 
We highly recommend this hotel.

Family tourism

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. Originally booked this area due to location for boats to the islands  (ended up choosing to fly) we were in the junior suite which had a Jacuzzi in the room and 'mood lighting' lol. Our flight in was an early one so the room wasn't ready when we arrived  (we expected this) but they held our luggage and were more than happy for us to return prior to usual check in. Hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was basic but just what was needed. Shower and bathroom in great condition with good water pressure for shower. We used the Jacuzzi and it was cleaned each day. Not much to eat directly near by but if you walk a bit to the right down the canal, you'll find some amazing restaurants on the water. Of course, as other reviews tell you, this is a place for some 'pleasure time' but it was no worry for us. Nice room, good staff, we had awesome view of canal etc. I'd recommend if getting boat to the islands. 

Really enjoyed 

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in October. Very nice staff, and for the reception and other services. English breakfast, delivered straight to the room:) If you leave the keys to the reception, they clean the room!) Very close to the buses and the metro. The ferry port is relatively close, but walking distance. Very clean in the room. And mirrors all over the walls - but the mirrorless room has been changed anyway) WiFi is decent, and free.

Nice hotel for your money.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel, which is the beginning of October, so it's not really high season, and it definitely convinced me. First of all, the location is an excellent compromise between Piraeus (the port is 5 minutes away, 1 stop), the center of Athens (about 15 minutes away) and the excellent seafood: 10 minutes walk to the centre of Mikrolimano, a small neighbourhood full of restaurants overlooking a delicious insenature; the restaurants are predominantly fish, but there are all kinds of them and there is a lot of embarrassment to choose from.
