Booked in spring 2017 for august top season for the price 50 EUR for 4 beded room. First, when we arrived, room was DIRTY, not cleaned, especially bathroom. As said before, only English speaking person is cleaning lady. Room is much smaller than on photos, bathroom smells. They put some cleaning liquid every two days, but only if you ask them. Not very interested if everything is OK for their guests (only one polite is the granpa). The room is for two people, not four. Beds are very narrow for two. Every piece of furniture is old and damaged. I thought there are newer and older house, but both houses are old. Only good thing is balcony with sea view, and yard with shade, trees and playing ground. Don't go here.

Very disapointing in relation to web site and pictures

We are visiting this place since 15 years, so I know it very well. About two years ago, the owners rented out the place for a local family. At first glance they made some improvement, but in reality it's not true.

The changes are the foloowings:
They made a website with nice fotos.
You can find them on booking.com higly overpriced.
I made my reservation 4-5 month ago. The prices according to the usual were surprisigly high (about 50% higher than before). 
I tried to be polite and didn't use my connection with the owners and called the manager directly. The first and short answer was: please write! Ok, no problem. It were about 15 emails when I was able to book six rooms for my family. Most of these mails were funy, because they were translated by Google translater and so absolutly unanderstandable. At 15th it wasnt funy at all. At the final agriement I asked 6 nice rooms. 
When we arrived we got 2 good and four very bad rooms. Earlier these rooms were rented out only in the last case. Actually I saw once a motorcycle gang in these rooms but nobody else. One of the rooms dont even has a window.
Be careful if they say a room is ok for 4 petsons because normaly it means two about 130 cm width bed in a tiny room. 
The furniture is the same since the 80s. In most of the bedrooms you can take a shower siting on the toilet.
The only person who speaks any othet language as greek is the cleaning lady.

I'm very sorry for this place. Probably this was our last visit here.

I do not recomend it for anyone.

Disapointing changes

We stayed for one night.You will find two separate rooms.The bathroom was clean but a little small.You can prepare your breakfast and sit on the terrace, contemplate the view of the beautiful garden.The staff is nice.For dinner I suggest you go to the restaurant which is just on the corner.Variate and tasty dishes will satisfy you.
