The villa is immersed in an oasis of olive trees, flowers and very well-groomed plants, in a very convenient position to reach the beaches and equipped with an interior parking lot. The apartment we occupied is very spacious, very bright and comfortable, with a large equipped terrace and mosquito beds at all the windows. We found it clean and every morning the cleanings were done again. Also, mark it that they are present in the children's playground. The owner, very kind, gave us olives and tomatoes during our stay. I definitely recommend this arrangement where you breathe a family air. I also recommend a good anti-mosquito outdoors.

A wonderful oasis

We've visited Forty Roses for 3 years now. My kids always have a good time there, the owners are very friendly with kids and make us all feel like being part of the family.

The location is 100% clean, the rooms are big and nice, the garden is excellent for kids and the beach is across the street.

Excellent experience

This is the 3rd year running that we are staying at Forty Roses. Every year we are greated with a big smile by either Antonia or Isaac. The family owning the apartments are lovely and the private setting is ideal as it's near the beach (300m). 

The apartments are cleaned daily and the grounds are well maintained and contain anfully fitted kitchen. Apartments on the first floor have a spacious terrace with a table, 2 sun loungers and a rack to dry your clothes. 

When returning from the beach there is an outdoor shower available also providing fresh drinking water coming straight from the hills. Really refereshing after a sunny bech day!

Great place!

It's a great place to go to the most beautiful beach you'll ever want. Very clean, very spacious apartment.

Quiet and familiar

The description and photo of the apartments on the website corresponds to the real one. The area is large and green, the house is in an olive garden and surrounded by pine trees. There is a convenient parking lot (2 pieces) with a tent and a children's playground. The place is quiet and quiet, suitable for resting with children. The underwear changed throughout the day, the towels every day, the room was cleaned every day. The owners (Isaac and Adonia) have become kind to us - they are friendly, friendly, attentive and responsive people.

The sun, the pine trees, the sea...

We stayed with our family for 5 days in these beautiful apartments. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet. Everyone slept like babies) In the kitchen there was everything needed. The hosts were very nice and kind-hearted people. They always asked if we were all right, helped when we first needed it. In the evenings we sat with them for a glass of wine and chatted. They were generally like family. One day we cooked fish on a grill (mmm, you lick your fingers). It takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach, but all the same in the Chalkidiki you need a machine to explore the island and the beautiful beaches. Next time, definitely. I highly recommend!

Fairly good/decent stay

This is the second time we've stayed in these apartments. Good rooms. Great daily cleaning. Beautiful garden. Quiet location. Close to the sea. Hospitality hosts, served tomatoes and pears from their garden. We'll definitely come by ourselves and recommend to our acquaintances.

It's a great apartment.

Beautiful villa, the owners are very helpful and discreet. We felt like we were in our own house. Entrances of the apartments are separated and we have not even felt that there were other guests in the house. 
Very QUIET and peaceful place to stay, away from the tourist flow, yet FIVE MINUTES DRIVE from paradisiac BEACHES of Vourvorou ​​and Ormos Panagias. The house is in a middle of a beautiful garden, and at night our one year old baby fell asleep to sound of crickets chirping.  
The apartment is SPACIOUS and very WELL EQUIPPED. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, utensils, etc.
CLEANNESS of the rooms and the bathroom is IMPECABLE. 
Wireless internet has very good coverage. 
We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the place and WOULD GET BACK there without any hesitation. 
My only regret is that we spent only a week here and not two.

My family and I (2+1 4-year-old child) were at Forty Roses a week ago and we found each other very nice. The house is, in my opinion, located in the most strategic point of Sithonia, in Vourvourou. In addition to one of the most beautiful beaches of the peninsula (Karidi), from here you can move from one side to the other by walking the smallest distance, about 50 km from each side.
