The host family is really extremely friendly. For tips on arrival or a few nice words in between, there is always someone to have. The rooms are functional but very clean. The rooms are easily visible from the balconies of the neighbors. For this accommodation you definitely need a car, as restaurants and beautiful bays or villages are not accessible on foot. All in all, 3 points would be appropriate for the accommodation, but for that the host family was simply too nice! At the check-out, they gave olives and Oregano from the property as a souvenir. :-)

Good choice 

We have stayed at Agrelia as a couple last week. If you go to Halkidiki by your own car and plan to stay around Sithonia and searching for a clean, quiet studio which you feel like at your home then Agrelia is an excellent choice. It is located at northeastern neck of the Sithonia on a very quiet region surrounded by olive trees. The rooms have a full equipped kitchen that you can cook your own meal if you want. Agrelia is about 500 m to the closest beach but if you have a car you can discover your ideal swimming spot among the lots of beautiful turquoise beaches of Sithonia. (Our favorite is Kalogria beach). 
The owner Angela was very kind and helpful and she gave us lots of information about the peninsula like a tourist guide. To make it short, if you are searching for a wonderful, quiet, clean, economic, relaxing place around Sithonia, then stop searching and make your reservation at Agrelia for a great holiday!

Like at home!

Located in the middle of the olive groves, Angela the owner and her mother are of immense availability and cordiality: they will give you the right directions...it is not in the village so you always have to take the car, but the villages are 10 minutes away, very clean silent, strategic position to see the beaches on both sides of the Peninsula, good stay.....

Location and serenity

The place appears to be recently built, it's very clean and well maintained, with everything you'd need for a family. The studio had a wonderful view with olive trees and the sea. The hosts are really nice and very helpful people. It so happened that we've had some problem with our car while being about 30km from Agrelia, after a few hours we let them know that we will be unable to return that night and I'll just say that they really did their best to help (to a happy ending!) although it was Sunday. Highly recommended, the place and the people.

Nice place, nice people

This is one of the best stays we ever had. The apartment is designed very well and fits four people very comfortably in a relatively smaller room. Kitchen is really small but had everything we needed for breakfast. It was amazing to wake up with the songs of the birds. Wonderful view from the balcony. The host was very friendly and gave us good tips about the beaches and restaurants. Last but not least, it was cleaner than our own home and was being cleaned every day. Highly recommended!!

Flawless, wonderful stay

A new small hotel in an excellent location. Quiet, quiet, quiet. We would like to explore Halkidiki and we could go anywhere from Agrelia. Very very very clean rooms, cozy, comfortable, free parking, nice view. The owners soooo friendly, they are here to help you anytime. They give you a map and suggestions to see everything and also very nice restaurants. We would definitely reccomend it and visit it again. Thanks for everything.

The best accomodation ever!!!!!

I stayed at this property in August with my family. The construction is recent and well maintained. It is located a few hundred meters from the sea, in the middle of an olive grove, with a wonderful view of the sea and Mount Athos. The room for four people is comfortable, well clean, equipped with a kitchen and with a nice flatbed, which will please the children very much. Minimum bathroom, but sufficient and very clean. I recommend the more secluded side rooms and with balcony also laterally. There is also a spacious room where you can have lunch, enjoying a wonderful view. There is also a well-equipped garden, ideal for families with children. It is a beautifully furnished gaze in the walled garden of the house with a beautiful view.

A place to go back to for sure

Angela and her family, who run the facility, have been invaluable: a constant and discreet reception and presence. They are available for any request, from advice on the area (no one is wrong) to needs on the room. The study (n.3) that was given to us was essential (cooking corner equipped for breakfast and small meals), everything very clean, has mosquito nets, a terrace overlooking the sea, air conditioned. Linen and towels are changed every 2/3 days. The facility is located 700m from the customers, the road is not ideal to walk but you can. We have toured a lot: the area is rich in isolated beaches, real and spacious beaches is an excellent spot.
