Fantastic hotel with Mediterranean views.  Very clean and well maintained.  Breakfast buffet was my husband’s all time hotel breakfast!  Wish we could have stayed longer!  All staff were friendly. They offered us beach towels when we said we were exploring for the day.  The beds were exceptionally comfortable

Amazing stay.

This hotel is located in a very quiet area a few minutes from the center. The view of the seafront rooms from which you can watch the sunset from the balcony is spectacular. The hotel is new, clean, equipped with every comfort and the staff is fantastic. There is a free indoor parking lot. Breakfast is very good with the possibility of choosing between sweet and salty. When I arrive a welcome gift with wine and typical sweets. A few minutes walk you can access a small open beach equipped with shower. A special thanks to the night doorman that our departure at 5 in the morning prepared us at that time cappuccins and left us warm croissants for the trip!

We stayed at IRIDA, for the strategic location near the old Venetian port, which is reached on foot in 10 minutes by walking to the sea, and we stayed on the 4th floor, with sea view, and for the last two days always on the 4th floor with a total view of 7g, and both rooms were furnished with all the comforts, modern furnishings and cleanliness.

We spent 4 nights at the Irida Hotel with my mother. The hotel is located in front of the sea, the Venetian port is a ten-minute walk away (one drawback: there are no pedestrian crossings nearby so it is a bit dangerous to cross the road). Very courteous staff, always available. We were a little disappointed with the buffet breakfast, which offered more salty than sweet products (they are obviously tasty).

Good location.

OMG! Nicole at Hotel Irida was amazing. She accommodated my wedding party of seven with ease and made it a memorable stay. The breakfast is beautiful, the hotel is quaint, clean and has nice views. They arranged taxi to and from hard to teach places and are situated in a place that’s a fairly easy walk to everything. I highly recommend!

Highly recommended!

Hotel very well located a few minutes walk from the old port by a very pleasant walk. Charming staff. Excellent reception. Very clean. Parking. Very good quality price ratio. The only complaint is the air conditioning is noisy and the rooms with sea view overlook a very steep avenue. Maybe we should prefer the upper floors.

It's a nice hotel in a good location.

We spent 3 nights there with a room overlooking the sea. Parking in front of the hotel and a small beach just below the hotel 3 minutes walk, 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Excellent welcome good breakfast selected on a varied map. They booked our excursion to the Samaria Gorges with departure and arrival in front of the hotel (Guide Nicos very well) with a small bag containing breakfast.

Very well located hotel

The hotel was perfect, we had a excellent services (room cleaning, breakfast, staff membre). All the safety and healthy rules against Covid had been properly follow-ups.
The hôtel location is perfect, not to far from Chania old down but enough to be in a quiet place.

Good holiday in a good hotel 

We stayed there in 2015: the hotel was good (bedroom and view) but breakfast was disappointing; not even a fresh orange juice. So we preferred our stays at the Kydon Hotel afterwards. However, we return there in June 2020 hoping for an improvement, especially for breakfast.

Second stay in sight...

Stayed at this hotel 2weeks, located 15 minute walk from harbour and old town. Staff very helpful regarding sightseeing and beaches , restaurants. On arrival , loukemie and ouzo in room. On departure bottle of olive oil very thoughtful. Free beach towels and beach umbrellas for use if visiting a beach without amenities. Breakfast , the standard found in most small hotels. Super clean rooms , only complaint beds were very uncomfortable,  hard like rocks. For this reason alone I would not stay again. It’s really too bad because Every thing else was first rate.
