So I was on a trip to Goa and it was before this Corona. I booked this beautiful villa and stayed here all alone. It was so mesmerising. Rather it was so beautiful and comfortable that I rarely went out. I would recommend this to one and all. But yes please do go out as goa is beautiful.

Do stay here

We stayed for 9 days in the Arjun Villa. The Villa is perfect situated for example 10 Minutes away from the beach and the famous flea market and very close to good restaurants and 10 minutes to go to oxford supermarket. The rooms are very clean and very confortable. In the evening you can sit at the balcony and relax. The rooms have a ac and a big fridge and a top clean bathroom, one big closet, water heater , coffee and tea and a television. Joan and her lovely husband helped us with everything , they gave us perfect informations about everything we wanted to know. 
It was a perfect trip and we are looking forward to see them agagin sometime :)

Evreything was perfect

We had a most wonderful stay a Arjun Villa. This is a traditional Goan family guest house, where we were made to feel so welcome that it felt akin to being at home.  The rooms a perfectly equipped with tv, tea/coffee making facilities & fridge, whereby we were able to make breakfast, which we had daily on the terrace overlooking the trees & flowers. The beds are comfortable & the shower is always hot. Both the rooms & property in general are spotlessly clean. This is a very safe gated compound, guarded by the friendly family Labrador Spark, where one can really relax & enjoy the beautiful ambience.  We will most definitely be returning :) Many thanks Joan, Godrey & Arjun for your kind hospitality. Best wishes to you all, until next time....

Wonderful Goan Family Guest House - Highly Recommended

The awful bed that we drove through in the morning like a tractor, the husband of the owner with his grassed throat slices at 7 a.m. every day, the hearing is just perfect, this couple controls everything around us, when we got friends, then the aunt was very unhappy and all the way it showed us, while we were behaving quietly, the dogs are barking at night, behind the gesture of construction + grandfather at 7 a.m., and the awful bed... you want to sleep exactly not here, clean, there is mountain water.

I wouldn 't advise anyone.

This was my first experience in Goa and the hosts Godfrey and Joan made this stay even better.   The rooms are nice size and has plenty of space.  Equipped with a refrigerator in the room. The room didn't have AC, but had a good fan to keep the room cool.  The location is prime and right in the middle of everything.  They have a very nice black Lab named Sparky who is also very sweet.  This place was like home away from home!  Would def stay again and hope too!!!

Lovely Guest House In Anjuna Goa

I stayed in Arjun Villa for 2 weeks at the end of October. It was a positive experience and I have nothing bad to say about it. Arjun Villa is well positioned near Anjuna, just a short walk from shops, restaurants etc. It is about a 10 minute (awkward) walk from Anjuna beach and the various shacks that line the beach. These are not as bad as they sound and most are good for food and drink. Good nightlife.
Godfrey and Joan, owners of Arjun Villa are a very helpful agreeable couple. They don’t interfere with you and are always on hand to help and offer advice. You would do well to listen to them because they know everything that goes on in the area.
I was in one of the upstairs room which was quite big with 2 single beds, table and a couple of chairs. There is a good sized bathroom which is really a good wetroom with good shower facilities. The balcony runs along outside the upstairs and it’s pleasant to sit and read. The view is of the surrounding greenery and is fine. The internet is sporadic because of the occasional electricity breakdowns. Good TV service.
The only drawback was some building work which started early in the mornings and, of course the barking dogs which are a nuisance wherever you stay.
All in all Arjun Villa was a pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending it

Positive experience 

The guesthouse is located in a quiet street, has two steps from the beach and is equipped with amenities. On site, impeccable, very clean rooms, with flat screen TV and, large refrigerator, small terrace. The couple of owners are welcoming and will be pleased to tell you the right addresses, the possibility of renting a scooter on site. In short, a very good quality/price ratio!!

I spent 7 nights in this GH the reception is not the best but good in India it is also not to be expected bcp anymore mr is pretty cold but nice meme is pretty nice from the beginning. i had first the room down at the bottom, pretty dark and the TV is of poor quality. i asked to change next to a brighter room and flat screen which was accepted without any worries. beautiful room has 900 r night, for the end of season c is a very good price. tv refrigerator is good bed and sdd correct. good wifi that jumps from time to time like normal but has goa scooter otherwise you're going to get bored to anjuna. middle beach, no more than candolim or TV baggage in GH.

Tres good address in Anjuna

We arrived at this guest house after reading the very good reviews on tripadvisor. The reception was very cold, but when we arrived at 8pm we didn't hold tight but when we left the next day it didn't improve, not even a goodbye. Unfortunately there was only one room left and prioritively certainly not the best. Our room was downstairs and at the bottom, without a balcony unlike the others. Very wet, ants that invite themselves into the bed and bags. The wifi didn't come until being a room. We may not have had any luck, but I advise you to ask for a room on the floor. Attention the bunk is harder than hard.
