Service is good but rooms are in very bad condition

Heater was not working in my room

Fan was not working in my room

Jet spray was not working in my rooms.

There are some small insects in my room.

But staff is very supportive.

Rooms are in very bad condition

Though the hotel Holiday Era was much clean and value for money option, still I would rate it 1 star only because of the way they were enquiring us. There should be some respect towards the customer. They should stop behaving to customers like customer has done something wrong. Totally disappointed. I suggest to look for a better option to other customers. And for staff including owner, learn how to behave with customer. Disgusting people 😡

Hotel Holiday Era, Aurangabad

Excellent location. Good for stay for tourists as it has traveling and food facilities nearby. Staff doesn't work after owner leaves. No cleaning of rooms or changing of bedsheets and towels.No provision of soap daily. Double rooms are good. Single rooms are stuffed. Lot of noise from busy road below way into the night and again starting early morning. Only two bottles of water off local brand complimentary per room. Whether you take single or double room or stay for multiple days. Rest you have to buy. Unsecured wifi,ac and tv in each room. Just enough for Traveller.

Night stop during tour of Ajanta Ellora

It's located 2 steps from the train station. It's near the police station. There's a tuk-tuk right under the window. There's a street with mini-shops right in front of the hotel. There's a street with cafes and supermarkets within a minute walk. The managers are very responsive, always ready to help with information. The internet is good for India. The kids are trying hard. There are some cleaning questions, but they're everywhere in India.

Staying at the hotel.

The hotel service is amazing. A helpful staff, nice and clean room, a good service etc are the things you ask for the perfect stay in the hotel. And holiday era provides exactly those things. When we reach the hotel the check in process was so easy and the room we booked was clean and tidy. The staff is so helpful and trustworthy. They provide the best service. Amazing experience. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed My stay there Good service, very neat & clean rooms, near to railway station, More particularly staff is Very good & cooperative, i checked out at 12.00 Noon & kept my luggage at reception to go on some work as my train was in late evening, When I came back they provided me a room to get refreshed. thanks to hotel management

stay at Hotel Holiday Era

Everything was good except the doormat which was dusty and should be changed.Even after saying to change it, they just kept the same one. Also they provide only one bottle of water per day even for a four membered family. They should keep water filters.

About stay in Holiday Era Lodging.

Great location near the city center and train station. It is on the 2nd floor, but the staff help you carry everything. The rooms with two queen beds were large and easily accommodated multiple guests.

The accommodations were clean and the staff very helpful. Free coffee and tea with a great wifi were a big plus,

If u want a budget but good quality stay nearest to the railway station you can avail this hotel. It has lodging facilities only. Property is clean.Room number 103 in which we stayed is big enough.AC is very good. Only problem is with frequent power cuts.No AC backup. But otherwise u will have light fan back up. Unlimited tea and coffee. Drinking water is available, need not buy water. Management is responsive to ur needs and supportive enough. Stayed for 2 nights.Geyser working. Good experience overall.

Stay near Aurangabad railway station

Hotel is very near to railway station so no need to take cab . On arrival young boy at reception whose name is Arbaz welcomed me . Staff at the hotel is humble and well mannered. They offer complimentary  mineral water bottle and tea on arrival. Room was clean. I had to leave early morning so I couldn’t have my breakfast which was included. They returned 200 rs of breakfast. Overall nice stay.
