I with my wife visited this property in Aug 2023. Few Points--

1) Owner uses abusive and disgusting language , misbehaved with girls who are staying adjacent to us.

2) No bedsheet are changed and if you ask for a change Owner says "" WHERE IT IS WRITTEN TO CHANGE BEDSHEET".

3,) NO TOWEL IS PROVIDED EVEN AFTER ASKING.

4) Owner Peeps from window inside the room and I caught him Red Handed and he made excuse that he smell something is burning.

5) Owner even misbehaved with a Old lady for just 20 Rs such a poor and creep guy he is....Even Jesus will not forgive this Person

If You want to Spoil your trip then only go here.

Worst and Pathetic Owner is Edwin mark...Dont go to nelmar

This should be the last option, one should prefer to go. The owner would priorities only on money and do not bother to keep the rooms clean. I would suggest other places which are almost the same price as this. Giving 1 point as below this is not possible

Don't waste time going here

The owner misbehaved and abused us, a group of 4 girls. 
He talked in such an indecent way that we had to call the police. 
I'd never recommend this place for girls. 
In fact this place should be taken down from such renowned website.

Misbehavior by Owner towards females

The Rooms were well lit, AC was also in fully working condition in the hot climates of Goa. The House Owner owns a Liquor shop attached to the apartments so you don't need to worry about that either. Host Edwin was very friendly & can also give you some tips/rent vehicles if you want to. This is the cheapest you can get (I got 999/night) at the Calangute locality of Goa. The experit was just wonderful. Wasn't expecting this much at such a rates :P 

So if you need a house to stay at Goa, Nelmar nest is your destination.

The best You can get !!!

Got all facilities like AC, fridge, TV at a very good price. It was a 1bhk and 6 people were very comfortable in that. Also you have a wine shop in their compound. Owner was also good aand helped us in arranging bikes on rent

Best place in less budget

First of all ! Pl go with different hotel room if u r looking for good rooms and facilities because they have worst facility as well as worst owner ! Second thing if u already booked it than make sure to cancel it right now without loosig single second becuase u will definitely stuck in the scam on the last day of check out! Owner have no manner of  talking and responding to guest !! He stole 2500 rupees from us for doing nothing! He was complaining about the table damage which we never touch.

Worst more than u think!

A BIG NOOOO to this property. Owner dsnt have manners to speak. Worst facility in terms of rooms, electricity, stay. Owner is just renting for the sake of money. He infact abused girls of our group not only this was sufficient that he cut off the water supply at the time of leaving when one of our member was still in the washroom. Rooms were dirty, we were charged 1000rs for breaking the curtain stamd which was already loose in fitting. Like ssly ? Without which he din give us our aadhar back. Never suggest any one this place, rather there are way far better places near by. Owner simply suck!

A big no to this pathetic property

We’ve been to Nelmar’s eight times already. A very nice guest house in a good location. The beach is a walking distance away and there are good restaurants nearby. The friendly hosts, Edwin and his family, take care of their guests safety and needs.

Excellent value for money pleasant place with privacy and homely feel near to all famous places only 600 from beach. Parking in side property other Renowned Dominoz, Navtara, Manpasand , KFC main Market near by

Good One

We enjoyed the facilities. Nelmar nest is an excellent place to stay in calangute. the rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean. And the rates was very reasonable, very good Trip... Enjoye lots... .......😃
