Worst Hotel to stay / Unhygienic / No proper Service Third Grade. Blood Stains in the curtain. Toilet not clean , Breakfast Unhygienic not clients choice , NO LIFT. Staff on service with running nose.

One of the better properties of Oyo which is better cleaned and hygienic. 

Its location is most important factor as it is located in the main market of sector 35C. The hotel is on the 01st and 02nd floor.  Being in the market you would have plenty to do if yoú like shopping or want to catch up on a beer. The wine and beer shop is also not very far off so you get your stuff to your room as well. 

All basic amenities were there like fresh towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, mineral water bottles, TV and mini bar. 

Decent place to stay for a corporate travel or for 1 or 2 day trip. 

Being a small property not much ventilation and you should avoid the 01st floor room as it seems like you are living in a office as adjoining room and from space is used as an office. 

Better than rest of OYO properties and good location

A good stay in the hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms were there. Service was good and the food which was complementary was also nice. 
Hotel is in the market of sector 35 which has some good cafes nearby. 
Overall a nice place to visit.

Hotel is good rooms are very clean staff behavior is very good location is good lot of choice of food many out lets are in that row. south Indian restaurant shreerathnam food is very delicious.all over stay was good its family hotel .

very nice hotel for stay

This is not a hotel, it's an office with couple of rooms which they let out to manage their costs.
The rooms are pathetic,small,smelly. The hotel staff is rude, non-cooperative.
My suggestion would be to avoid this place.

Pathetic.. just avoid it

Hotel was extremely small, 
Found that in the small corridor staff used to seat and eat, office was beside, little noisy during the day,
Service part was good quick delivery of food.
Reception staff was coordinating well.
There was a south Indian restaurant down stairs which located to grab quick food.
Rest as per hotel standard quite good,
Room service was not available after 23:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Over all average stay.
