Booked as my work was close at hand
Musty rooms.. Kettle provided on asking but tea kit not given... It is for suites only. Have to stay for two more days.. Tripadvisor caution guests. Not happy at all.

Not worth it

Out side Picture was very Good, But its very very old Property, Its look like Ghost house, Not Painted at all, Rooms and especially bathroom is very poor. Very Terrible Stay. One Good Thing is service - its ok.  Breakfast is very Poor and Average but they charge me 220 RS Per Head. Location is ok. I booked 3 Rooms for 3 days after I saw the room atmosphere I have Cancelled 1 night.   Hope to Find the good Hotel in this location.

Very Poor Hotel

Rooms are small not well maintained, service is good , hotel is very close to Kailash metro station. breakfast is normal hardly any variety & served cold.Hotel is best suited for one day stay & not well suited for couples.

Lacklustre hotel - that’s really an understatement! Room and furniture shabby, sheets worn, windows filthy, bathroom dirty, “dining” area appalling and breakfast terrible. Totally depressing experience. Why does this hotel chain even bother to exist?

Dreadful hotel

I booked the places considering a 3 star properties with decent pictures, in the month of June in extreme summers their AC is not working, I complained to FAB and main reception both, the AC guy said the compressed and vents are dirty.. absolutely rude non helpful staff.. even the FAB ( spoke to Rahul twice and once his manager )after complaining thrice I was told they have a local rep, and will connect to change my hotel still nothing and it’s 11:30 PM ! 

Absolutely pathetic!!!

The location of this hotel is good as most of the tourist places are within 10km but do consider the traffic while planning your day as it can be a little annoying. 
You can book ola or uber for 6 or 8hrs and you should be good to go around delhi and near by places.If you are on a budget then go for electronic rickshaw but be smart in bargaining. 
With regards to the ambience of the hotel it is pretty average. It's neither outstanding nor bad. Good place to stay with family. Rooms are cozy and nice but they can do much more to improve their services further, considering their rates. You can add breakfast with your booking at a minimum cost and I do recommend that to avoid early morning struggle of finding a place to eat. The food was good.

Good location, decent ambience

Firstly do not get misguided by the pictures of the rooms on the website. The rooms do not have any ventilation and are very damp. The staff are is not trustworthy as my power bank went missing from my room. The breakfast is just below mediocre. I had to ask everyday for the bottled water which I was entitled for. At the same price one can get a much better hotel.

Despicable

The rooms were precious and the food was good excellent service and timely delivered specially front office staff and the Manager were very kind and helpful.
when my daughter was sick they arranged the doters and helped a lots . when ever we plan to come to delhi we surely come to this hotel and  we recommend to our friends and family members.

" A Lovley place to stay "

Good location near Kailash Colony metro station, only 5 minutes by walking. Room and bathroom are clean, hot shower working properly. Staffs are helpful especially Rahul and Rujika.

If you would like to explore South Delhi and stay in budget. I would recommend this hotel to be one your choice. 

Great stay in walkable to metro station

On a business trip and been staying here at fabhotel conclave boutique more than a month. Experience has been marvelous. Staff is extremely good. Any issue with rooms, was tackled with ease and without any delays. Front office executive Ruchika was extremely polite and caring. She always kept me updated with any changes of traffic and helped in adjusting.Manager George has been very helpful and caring about my health. Mr.Negi, forever smiling, kind and polite.always asked about my well being. overall it was a family, home away from home. Keep up the good work guys. Kudos.
