Well in the city area, the connecting road to hotel is little narrow and dense area . 

Paring area frim old building is small but fine and a large parking area available in the new building area.

The room furniture and fridge is old in old building room and the AC is working properly but noisy

The room is clean. The less toiletries available in bathroom. 
The bed sheet is clean but ,  I used my own bed sheet , pillow cover which I always carried in pandemic situation , so I am not saying any thing about The provide bed sheet ,liners etc washed or not, from Hotel.

The gallery are not clean the things and other things are improperly segregated.

The food quality is good .  The lower ground floor dining area is closed . The top floor terrace   The number of staff members/ waiters are lesser so may be the room service delay.

The main management on front desk is not in properly manage . 

Any way you can choose this hotel for stay if you will not point out some management and  delay service and some dirty pathways.

I don't know why people have given good ratings to this hotel, I found it just an average hotel with all the basic ammenities. I will recommend if you just want to find a shelter with some good food, go for this as it is very close to station.

This place is very good for parties and food served here tastes awesome. I frequently visit and enjoy with my family. I  gave birthday party of my daughter here only and all guests just loved everything of this hotel.

Nice food and apt for parties

Checked in to the hotel after arriving at Ratlam midnight......Had very limited options for hotels in main town. Checked 2-3 hotels before checking-in at Ajanta Palace. The hotel prices are not cheap if you compare it with the facilities they offer. There is no bar, toiletries are not good, dint have toilet rolls. Stayed in VIP room costing Rs 2000/- which they gave at Rs 1750/-, not worth it. The other basic rooms were too bad to even have a look. From outside the hotel cleanliness is just 'Sat', if you look towards service lobby, you will get a shock. Also, the approaches to the hotel is dirty inspite of being at the center of the town, open sewers etc.........No wifi too which u require in a small town becoz of poor network connectivity....No complimentary breakfast provided.

In small worlds ,if ur budget is rs 300 than u can stay at this Hotel. tubelight was flickering , AC was creating sound, the beds were looking like thay have not replaced after leaving earlier Guest, There was no pressure washer in toilets ,and No paper roll , iw as in delus Room , the Staff replied that u shud stay in VIP room, in morning ,when i called mgr many times ,he did not visited us , when i got down he was reading newspaper ..and doesnt took my feedback seriously...at 7 am morning i got irritated and left hotel...its better if u stay at ratlam station atleas u will not complain anyone

Good hotel and services and off-course best restaurant in the cit they also have banqueting and marriage facility.

Food is very tasty hotel and good not overpriced.

Best location in the city accessible to everyplace.
