On the road from New Delhi to Mandawa, this restaurant has parking, souvenir shop, conference room and B&B. The food is decent, the prices are medium, the service is fast and there is air conditioning. The staff speaks a little English, the Wi-Fi is free but the bathrooms are completely to be reviewed.

A quick stop

We stopped here for lunch driving from Delhi to Mandawa. Was dreadful! Cheese naan was dry with hardly any cheese and the cutlery was filthy. To top it all the naan and tea was more expensive than elsewhere. 


Don’t bother 

Taste of food was what made me appreciate it here.
North Indian options and few Chinese choices in the food are pretty much it but the taste is fingerlicious. 

Maintenance of the building can be a bit better but all in all it has the potential to grow.

Good Food

a) We checked in late in the night at 12:30 AM. Gate was locked and there was no one at the gate to entertain us. 
b) Manager/Owner of the property declined to accept 3 guests and spoke to us in very rude manner. 
c) Bed sheets/comforter were in worst condition possible. When we asked to change it, we got even dirtier bed sheets. 
d) AC was not working when we checked in, we were promised that it will start working within 30 mins which never worked throughout the night. Moreover fan supply was cut at around 3-4am. When we requested again, they started AC supply only at 8-9 am that too on generator which lasted for 2 hours. 
e) There is NO WIFI here. Although the manager will share many wifi passwords with you but there is no network to connect to. 
f) Manager asked us to pay 1000 for extra bed whereas their rule book reads 500.
g) Received a call from manager at 11 am. He asked us to check out within an hour or else we will have to pay for additional day. Whereas we booked this room for 2 days(this was day 1).
h) This all has happened in just 10 hours from the time we've checked in. Waiting to see more.
i) Suggestion: Don't walk in as a customer. Learn how to deal with this manager first.

Horrible experience ever!! Unprofessional staff || Ill treating manager

 First visit to kesar was excellent. Everything is perfect. Perfect Location, ambiance, Food, Services and total value for my money. I highly recommend this place for people travelling to narnaul and requires complete peace of mind is lovely at this hotel as long as you have good weather. The food was better than ever and our room was quite large as with clean bathroom, totally  a amazing stay for us.. 

Nice palace

i travel often for work, and surveyed 3-4 hotels in narnaul, this one was the best. excellent food and i loved the peace and quiet. It was a sigh of relief after a horrible experience in another hotel. Travelling alone safety is also my top priority.
