I was just here for lunch after going to a trip to the waterfalls. The place have beautiful surroudings and garden, and a great view to the waterfall and to the ungle and rice fields. The food was good.

Amazing view to the waterfall and rice fields

My Rinjani guide picked this place and its lovely! I reached there at 10pm, it was really dark, there isn't much lights around the area. The room is basic but huge! It's clean and air conditioned. Next morning when I went to check out the surrounding view, its fantastic! From the breakfast area you could see the views of mountains and I even saw couple of black monkeys on trees.There's this little shelter right outside my room and I think its perfect to just laze there during the day, read a book, enjoy the view and to catch a glimpse of the beautiful star filled night sky. I will definitely choose to stay there again.

Great room with fantastic view!

Before we went to Mount Rinjani, we stayed at Pondok Senaru. It is a very nice little place to stay, with rooms with fantastic views to hills and waterfalls. The food served at the restaurant is reasonably priced and in great quantity. The staff treated us very well. We were fortunate to have chosen Pondok Senaru. I hope that all are well in the recent tragedy.

Rooms with fantastic views to Mount Rinjani

By Lombok standards this is a decent hotel and it has great views. It really is suitable as a base only as the staff don’t really know what to do with you if you stay around. There is AC in only a few rooms so get #11. Like I said, its a good base and I was only here because the tour required it. 

Great views

It is a quiet place. There are several terraces with beautiful views, a terrace perched in the trees, trances for a moment of reading. The gardens are very beautiful and it is a pleasure to spend the evening there. The smoothies are good, the meals are plentiful. It is located at the beginning of the walks to the waterfalls. A real landscape.

I stay for 1 night with my family and our friend. We booked 10 rooms (as first agreement we pay IDR500.000 Each room but in the end they charge us diffrent each room). Facility in the room really2 bad. Tv not working, fan not working, the bathroom door can't closed. The staff really2 unprofessional, not respect to the local guest. They play in front of us like we are not in there. The food is to expensive for place like this. For nasi goreng IDR 44.000 and you must wait for 2 hours. The cleanleness so bad. This place is really NOT RECOMENDED for stay. Especially for indonesian people. They will ignore you. They ask you to check out on 11.30 because they have other guest. as i know time for check out is 12pm. Really2 bad service i ever met.

Bad hotel!!! NOT RECOMEND!!!

The view is really nice. Monkeys jump out the window. It's breathtaking. The facilities are terrible and the hotel is a little dirty. But the staff is sweet for that. Have we had such a nice conversation with them. Were you also helping us remove a giant spine?

It's a great view.

We stayed 2 nights ether side of mount rinjani climb. The rooms are basic but comfortable with excellent hot water. Views from the hotel are also fantastic. 

The restaurant side of things is disappointing and we would not eat at the restaurant again. The food was very poor to elsewhere in Indonesia and the cars walking around begging for food make it an unpleasant experience. 

Overall I would stay again, just would not eat here. 

Great surrounds, just average extas

It's a very nice picturesque hotel near the beach... a lovely place and an excellent restaurant... the owners are kind and welcoming and smiling... the rooms are just the minimum... but it's enough for a few nights to spend those days visiting.

Very good hotel.

The hotel is very well located with a beautiful view of the valley and the mount. The bungalows are quite far from the road in a beautiful quiet garden. They are not quite young but much better than many others we visited in Senaru. We could only stay one night, it was complete, otherwise we would have stayed longer... For the restaurant there is better nearby.
