A nice family guesthouse with a very friendly hostess. Good breakfast with the usual Irish selection of hot meals. Rooms not very large but decorated appealingly. Good location near restaurants and the Muckross House.

Private B&B near Killarney city centre

We spent two nights in Killarney Park in the cozy little hut at Sheperd's Lodge. The breakfast was delicious and rich, the rooms and common areas of the house were very nice. The hostess was very kind, who would make four to make the living room perfect. The location is perfect for exploring Killarney National Park and the town of Killarney is also a 5-minute drive away.

Pleasant stay

We had a lovely cozy time here.A lovely massive room with a toilet sink and shower.It was a lovely clean hotel and was a amazing atmosphere. Lovely sheep outside of our window to wake up to. Definitely advise to stay her again.

Lovely atmosphere

We really enjoyed our stay in this lodge.Very clean room,friendly,helpful owner and quiet area with a lovely view to the fields and mountings.will def recommend it and if needed will book it again.Thank you.

Lovely Friendly place to stay.

Spend night for last October bank holiday, room was quite ok, but breakfast is charged extra 10 € per person and I managed to leave hungry. Ordered eggs with potato, got two peaces of toast with some egg on it.

Ok room, terrible breakfast

Stayed here with my sister and B in Law. On arrival asked about breakfast, owner gleefully said no breakfasts to do this weekend, so can do what I want! Didn’t even offer where we could get breakfast. Shower a dribble, bathroom dirty, sister said holes in bedsheets. No tea/coffee in room.

Rest of Killarney was great, my advice stay elsewhere.

No breakfast

Cosy,  adequate and confortable lodge just off Killarney. We were given a nice room with a large bathroom and many comforts.  Breakfast is included and a wide range of choices is available tough is not the reachest we have had during our route thru Ireland. A good option anyway. 

Very nice stay

The last B&B of our holidays and perhaps also the one where we found ourselves best as location, room and breakfast. The room was double with communicating internal door, 1 double bed and two singles, with bathroom in the double room. Each room had a furniture with laundry incorporated. For breakfast there was a table with everything you need, from croissants to fruit, also on request the owner prepared the typical Irish breakfast (bacon, eggs, beans, sausage etc...) or pancakes etc. In the vicinity a few minutes walk there is a small market with gasoline.

Great B&B very close to Killarney Park and downtown.

Comfortable room and large bathroom. A dry hair competition was planned. A welcome from Sheila, who was available at 11:00pm to fix my wifi problem. A more than proper and good lunch (scoons, bread and homemade cakes). Sheila and her husband own horses and will offer you a tour in a wheelchair.

Have a nice night.

Flexible, pleasant and very friendly. Very kind host, devoted. Good atmosphere. Nice location and very well placed near the national park. However, beware of the breakfast salmon, doubtful. Otherwise it's not surprising.
