They've changed management and the spa is now a disaster. Cold the premises, triple the chlorine in the jacuzzi, warm Turkish bath, cold sauna!!!, no water to drink and no one present to ask. a real disaster and then they've raised the price since last year. never again

They don't even answer the booking request. They're mediocre. They take time. They tell you they're busy, they ask you to send emails, but they don't answer. When I call they can't say they're sorry.

Professional status equal to zero

Great hotel where you can also spend a weekend in peace, quiet and tranquility immersed in the green and in the middle of high mountains. Spacious rooms, comfortable with modern and functional bathroom. Restaurant in typical Montano style '800 with discreet but not superlative food. Professionalism, courtesy and kindness of staff. Great, abundant and genuine breakfast. There is also a small Spa where perhaps the only strength is the beautiful and large sauna, unfortunately the water massage had the water not too hot and therefore not pleasant. Very few places also relaxation area, happened with an overbooking and impossible to get out as the seats are occupied by the problem, but this is most likely due to the beautiful location of the resort and the number of beautiful outdoor spaces in the area.

Quiet, isolated hotel in the middle of the green

On the occasion of a very short vacation stop near Alagna, I stayed with my girlfriend at the B&B Relais Regina. Located in an isolated area so very quiet for those who love the rest among nature, it immediately presented itself as I expected, simple but very nice! We were reserved a large room, equipped with a private bathroom and balcony, certainly a pleasant surprise! The staff proved very handy and available, helping to make our stay absolutely pleasant. We did not have any pasture at them, having stayed only one night.

It's a short but great stay.

For those who really want to untie the spine, this is the ideal place. immersed in nature, in an ancient village Walser, at the departure of several paths in the Val Vogna, in this structure you breathe history. In the past it hosted the queen Margherita but has been able to keep pace with the times renewing but keeping the ancient Alpine House almost unaltered. For those who can not give up agi there are also two skillfully remodeled structures and a SPA. A compliment to courteous and attentive staff.

The real mountain

We chose this relais by chance, despite some negative reviews. Over time I learned to be wary of the overly negative reviews, they often hide something... I must say we were absolutely impressed in a pleasant way. Definitely adequate, comfortable, clean, essential structure, but very cozy! Our room in particular was very large, simple, nothing superfluous, but everything that served to make the living room pleasant. Very well heated. Small, but complete bathroom. A comfortable shower, warm water at will. Very kind and available staff. Rich breakfast, served until 10. Good atmosphere.

The hotel is located in an excellent location for excursions. The hotel is divided into three complexes. The main one where the restaurant is located is the reception. The other two are renovated and inside are the spa, the breakfast room and the other rooms.

Good structure

Unfortunately, we stayed in a cold room, the heat was off and/or not functioning well and there was no way to raise the temperature. The worst thing, however, was the beds, hard and uncomfortable, we didn't sleep all night and woke up with back pain. We never slept so badly. The room was essential but with the floor hanging significantly, and very different from the advertised photos.

Bad experience

We discovered this small spa by chance, we were there one Saturday afternoon, it's really fantastic. There's a private pool inside, sauna with view and Turkish bathroom, plus the relaxation area with good quality teasers. What I liked most is that the entrance and booking is always 4 or max 6 people.

On a trekking holiday and after a very long day including a soaking checked in late - the welcome was outstanding

Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and would not have been out of place in a top resort. A delicious and varied supper satisfied all tastes including local specialities - served with delightful and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble - the lady of the house even offered to dry our clothes and organised a local taxi service due to a change in plan caused by weather.

Fully recommended.
