Nice and available staff, good kitchen, clean room with sky TV. Problems lack of elevator, very rough shower towels, gas water for tap table 750cl. 2 euro a bit expensive.

Vacation with wife from 15 to 23/09/2022

I wonder how it is possible that a place like this is classified as a 3 stars. We start from the assumption that there is NO ASCENSOR. Staff at the reception with almost scratched strokes... discrete room but still in general structure dated... Breakfast definitely to improve... Dulcis in the background: in the evening we go out to dinner, we come back and they literally shut us out, with so much chainsaw on the door. After 15 minutes of waiting where we played the bell, a guy without a shirt, objectively unfastened, comes to us telling us that he was convinced they were all back... saying that he was in the kitchen... And even asking if I was offended... Are we joking about 200 euros per night?!

Other than three stars...

One hour and thirty for each meal, half an hour for the dessert alone, exhausting expectations that make us forget about the goodness of the food, usually of quality.

Too much time at the table: only 2 waiters for 100 people

A small room, not the worst-looking, but quick and quick cleaning, drops on the wall in the bathroom area, ants in the bathroom. There was a balcony that looked up on a roof full of pigeons and garbage (better a window at this point) Not a single bed, but two small mattresses nearby, and with an 8-month-old baby, bad! Unfortunately, we had a room underneath a rented apartment, except for turkey steps until midnight, washing machines at night.

Hotel with good location, excellent and clean rooms and above all the staff really very kind and always available for any request the room was equipped with air conditioning, balcony and a mini fridge containing two bottles of water offered at our very recommended arrival!

I'm advised!

Central hotel, very convenient location to reach the beaches and the center of the village. Restaurants to improve. Poor breakfast and packaged food, industrial. Meals are served with water, at the cost of 2€ per bottle, an appropriate price, if it wasn't just water purified from a tap. Another sad note, the towels, which should be changed, too rough.

To be improved

My wife and I stayed from Thursday 9 to Monday 13. Excellent welcome. She accompanies us to the room already ready when we arrive. Room as directed. Garage nearby convenient. Ideal personal breakfast of room and polite cleaning. We didn't enjoy lunch and dinner. Sea 50 meters. Position very close to Alassio's pot. No contraindications. Price of quality absolutely valid for the place. We recommend it to anyone who should go to Alassio. We will definitely return.

Recommended hotel

I had read very positive reviews and they were right to say; the owners and staff were very courteous, the rooms were always clean and ready. What about the kitchen, if you want to start a diet you have the wrong hotel, a buffet always varied and never repeated that satisfies every palate, serving portions and never overwhelming, but for those who have a robust appetite they pass by any additional; the kitchen is varied and extremely tasty.

What more can I say?

Hotel with excellent quality and price, a little dated, there is no design furniture or vegan cuisine but... excellent location near the sea, all the friendly and always available staff, the kitchen (not recommended for those who are on a diet) abundant and tasty, the cook (baffuto) always prepares different and excellent dishes that you can not give up.

Some days on vacation with the family, we quickly consult the web looking for a hotel on the Riviera dei Fiori a few steps from the beach. Curtis hit us and we booked. We found a special reception, kindness and an excellent kitchen. The restaurant room is bright and very clean, with a varied and very good breakfast; the attention to Covid regulations very strict. Our room was spacious, the bathroom well organized. To be sloppy the bed sheets are old-fashioned, but overall it is safe to go back!
