I highly recommend it, especially if you don't want to be discouraged, very friendly and professional staff.

It's perfect.

In September 2018, we stayed for 7 days in the residence on the 2nd floor. The accommodation with all the amenities was very spacious, cozy, bright, clean, quiet. The very large terrace was wonderful, it enjoyed a beautiful view. We also appreciated the advice of the kind owner on what to visit and where to eat in Albenga.

Perfect place to stay.

The best choice I've made in a long time. Incredibly clean and equipped. We stayed 6 days (five nights) and cooked every day. It's not at all the typical apartment where you hate to use the menace of dirty and old that is. It's worth paying the extra for the upper apartment with terrace. We were assigned the number 1 on the ground floor with an incredibly large garden with dining room, porch, hammock.... inside 2 super-sized rooms with 2 full bathrooms in addition to the living room/kitchen.

It is excellent.

We stayed in 5 girls in the Trilocale Superior located on the last floor of the structure. The apartment is beautiful very lighted, modern spacious and above all clean, available the spacious panoramic terrace STUPENDA equipped with comfort (lettini take sun, amaca..) what to say... sorry to have stayed only one night because it deserves to spend much more time!! We will definitely return!! The residence is in a quiet position away from the beach 10 minutes walk, absolutely to recommend!!

Stay at the top!

Very well maintained and very well equipped apartment, very friendly and helpful staff. Good shopping facilities. Very nice old town. Well maintained swimming beach. The apartments on the top floor are highly recommended.

Top Apartment

Unfortunately, I can only join the other guests on condition. The apartment on the ground floor is quite small. The kitchen is very spartan (as is usually the case in holiday apartments). The advantage is a private covered seat in the garden. The pictures of the accommodation suggest as described by the other guests generous accommodation, which unfortunately did not work for us.

We were in this residence last summer. We booked an apartment with terrace but they gave us one with balconies. However, after a couple of days they moved us to what we wanted. Apart from the initial initiative of the owners, the rest went quite well. The premises are large and newly designed. Unfortunately we didn't like this holiday very much because of the crooked start and the location of the residence (close to the center but not in the historic center, however convenient from the point of view of parking and supermarkets. Convenient to the sea, ten minutes' plenty of walking that with a one-year-old girl was not the maximum). Prices are definitely high.

Large apartment

We stayed in this residence for a weekend in four plus our four-legged friend and we had a great time. The premises are very well maintained, tastefully furnished and functionally equipped. The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything necessary, as well as the structure as a whole. The owners were welcoming, attentive and kind. The residence has reserved car seats, a few minutes from the supermarket and the center of the village, where you can access the main services. Upon our arrival we were handed a map with useful landmarks from a tourist point of view. A truly positive experience, we will return!

Our week-long stay in Aia De Ma was excellent. The location of the residence is perfect: close to the historic centre, the sea and all the useful shops. It is easy to visit the area by car, train or bus (Alessio, Finalborgo, Finale Ligure, Loano, Zuccarello). Large, clean, non-smoking, bright and well equipped apartment. Wi-Fi is efficient in every room of the apartment. Very large balcony equipped with table, chairs, bench, long chairs, laundry rack. Our apartment had sea view, garden and greenhouse views, and mountain views! Free outdoor parking. Thanks to the owner for the availability of information, private access and information!

Have a great week in Albenga.

The apartment house Aia De Ma is located about 10 minutes' walk from the old town of Albenga. The apartments are fully equipped, there is even an air conditioner and a coffee machine. The absolute highlight was our roof terrace, the view, the smell, the relaxation and the sunset remain unforgettable. The apartment was cleaned and cleaned every day. We were gifted with coffee and prosecco by the family who operated it. Also, our children were treated with a little attention. From here we took wonderful excursions and activities. The most beautiful beach you can reach with a 15-minute drive to Alaska is the nearby Alascarella.
