Location deserving as a landscape, but dirty, neglected rooms, questionable and poor breakfast, but very disgraceful was the behavior of the landlord who charged us an extra 30 euros a night, when the prices of the period were clearly clear on the site.

Not to be repeated

It's a very convenient place to visit the Conero. It's a very average room. Breakfast is absurd: a place that in theory should offer freshly baked honey, freshly baked bread, homemade salt cakes and high-end cheeses, but it's limited to packaged bread, single-dose marmalade, unedible ham and plastic cheese, as well as a selection of fantastic cardboard juices and poor handcraft in using macchiandel coffee.

It's a nice place, but don't make breakfast.

Negative experience. Very nice landscape, but farms not taken care of by the owners. Room without window and bathroom without window. single outlet with the outside entrance door without curtain. mosquito hatch. we asked the owners of the pigs remedy, but they did nothing. organic breakfast: all kinds bought at the supermarket. Road to the land farm is at least 1.5 km long where in some places you do not pass in two cars and there is little visibility. Lack of availability of the owners considering that the price is not the cheapest for the service provided. I do not recommend it at all.

It's a very nice and cozy structure. It's a really nice two-step place. There's also a hippie center for those who want to ride horses. We feel really immersed in nature. The apartments, at least ours is spacious with a living kitchen, with a backpack for the kids' night area, a large bed room. The bathroom is spacious with a dirty bathroom. Unfortunately, as all the facilities require a lot of showering, there's also a nice shower room for those who want to walk on horseback.

It's a beautiful structure and a charming location in the greenery of the Conero hills. It's a nice clean room, a little less general.

A farmhouse located in the hills a few steps from the conero mountain in absolute peace, very gentle owners (including the lady who cleans the rooms) structure received by an old housewife well taken care of in all its puneries, rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan... for those who choose quiet is the right place.

The location is beautiful, quiet and quiet as one fits an agriturismo. Clean but not too much (in the most obvious points all ok but on a slightly deeper look here is dust, spiders,....) Breakfast to forget: poor choice of products mostly packaged. Host not present. Hard to find to check in. After 2 days of reporting that the shower tube loses water assures me that it would come hydraulic (in fact it was enough to change the tube for a few euros taken from a hardware store).

It's all approximate.

An agriturismo immersed in greenery and tranquility, ideal as a support to reach the sea and the hills of Conero.

A farmhouse in the green

My husband and I stayed for 5 days in this beautiful building. It's soaked in green. We relaxed. I recommend the rooms are clean.

Otherwise a nice location, but: 1) little attention to detail 2) gentle observance of the anti-covid guidelines Regarding the first point I found: - the room is not very clean - the poor breakfast, of mediocre quality (even outdated yogurt) and with homemade products  (bread, jam and maybe a dessert) even though the farm has no kitchen, so I suppose they were cooked elsewhere and didn't give me a sense of hygiene - no bathroom product - two saponets  made at home  - dirty shared outdoor refrigerator - from the assembly no staff were present at the facility - a water dispenser would be very helpful risks that at night if you were to drive the car and I would have to spend a minimum of 15 minutes away from the bar - so we were asked about a point in the afternoon - if we were to go to a room without a temperature check-out - if we were to go to a room without a room and check-out - if we were to go to a room with a staff, we were not to be bothered by the temperature check-out area - if
