I had booked in this hotel for one night, during the trip, from my smartphone. When I saw the hostel, I decided to stay another night if there was any availability, and so it was. I spent two fantastic days with my husband. Location for those who want relaxation and tranquility out of the hustle and bustle, but super close to the center. Going to believe it.

Great location, great location.

Be very careful when booking at this place. After I booked online from one of the main booking sites, I get a phone call to hear that because of the online site I booked a room that wasn't there. I immediately called the site's customer service who told me that this place isn't overbooking for the first time.

Make sure you book with them.

A spectacular location with a visa to Assisi but for the rest a total disappointment. Room without any privacy because it was on the common access road, poor cleaning: spiders, hair on the ground presumed by previous guests, dark curtains or just by the window, bathroom shower with lime spraying everywhere. No catering service. For breakfast, which we obviously did not do, they charge 5€ per person to offer packaged products.

The apartment was very nice, with a beautiful view of Assisi, the lawn and the flowers were very well maintained, a really nice place, certainly if I go back to Assisi I'll book here, one thing, we should fix the handle of the bathroom door, which when it touches it will snap off and fall to the ground, or on the feet.

There's no bar or restaurant, so no breakfast. You wake up and you have to walk two kilometers to the first bar. They don't clean the room, and if you want to change the towels, you have to ask them when there's a waiter who, as kind and kind as he is, doesn't make up for the basic shortcomings of the place.

It's not a farmhouse or a hotel.

A very strategic position because in a few minutes you are in Assisi but at the same time you are immersed in the shady countryside with a nice silence that allows you to sleep really well. In 2 minutes there is a Conad where you can shop. The wifi takes little; excellent swimming pool although the water is quite tonic. Small but comfortable apartment.

We often stay at the farmhouse and we are accustomed to relying on previous reviews... Unfortunately in this case we were fooled! The place is potentially good, seen from Assisi, beautiful and spacious outdoors. But all for nothing. The pool is not cleaned, it's filled with dirt and decayed both outside and inside. Brandy is rotten and very old. The adjacent spaces are invaded by wasps. The apartment was tiny and very dirty. When I opened the bed couch, we couldn't go through the house anymore and we left all the stains that were on the tapestry. It probably wasn't washed for years. I wonder if everything is in line with the anti-covid rules.

Disappointment

It's a nice place, very nice, we were fine and the kids had fun, the staff is friendly and available, we just need to pay a little extra attention to cleaning the napkins, blankets, curtains but overall acceptable.

Very nice and relaxing place

Casale San Rufino D'Arce is a cozy and quiet place. The rooms are clean and well heated. The staff is very friendly and very available to our needs. Super recommended for those visiting Assisi or the surrounding areas!

Very welcoming location

Excellent facility, very clean and modern, in a location that is not to say stunning, kindness and professionalism at the top, super strategic location overlooking Assisi, a balm for the heart.
