Probably hot to the cleanest place in Piancavallo. The only thing that makes Wi-Fi x better the rest is gentleness and welcome.

What peace!

Stayed for three days in this hotel during my son's soccer camp with the team, in the soccer fields right in front of the facility.

We stayed at this hotel the first week of July. The cleaning of the rooms was not excellent. The sheets during the week did not have the change that is generally found in other hotels. The meals were poor both as a variety and as a quality. From breakfast to dinner they were often offered the same ingredients the next day disguised with various sugars and sauces. The variety left much to be desired! Not to mention the difficulty in managing lactose-free diets. Inexistent! The staff? Little kindness and we are little professional! When we arrived we were greeted by a maid who wore the mask under the structure and continued to wear it until the guests of the hotel gently asked for more attention to the situation... It is because the merchant and we would be much more than new.

Nice hotel, but...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, with my daughter at the end of August. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel was almost empty because the soccer teams had just left, so they offered us a simple breakfast back and told us that there was no possibility of having the hotel with simple but special furnishings. When I arrived, the cleaning was unstoppable, but then I saw that they did not spend every day cleaning the room, but on other days (at least that's how it happened to us). When we arrived at the hotel the doc was almost empty because the soccer teams had just left, so they offered us a simple breakfast back and they told us that there was no possibility of having the hotel with a simple but special furnishings.

Modern hotel, recently renovated, with special architecture, with very friendly staff

I stayed at this hotel for only one night, but I would have liked to have done a lot more. The room I was given was very spacious, clean with a beautiful view. The bathroom was also clean and quite spacious. I enjoyed the wellness area and I found it very positive. The staff were friendly and kind, the breakfast was varied and abundant and the premises are very large. Near the ski slopes and the palasport. Considering the three stars, I think it is among the top in its category.

A pleasant stay

We stayed three nights, everything was perfect, the room was very clean, they even gave us a mini apartment, given my request for a very quiet room, the renovated rooms and the very new bathroom, the very friendly and professional staff, the wonderful view. The breakfast was very rich and good, I would like to specify the extraordinary breezes.

What a wonderful experience

It's almost new (opened in 2012), just a step from the skyscraper and 3 minutes from the ski facilities. There's also the ski depot. The rooms are wonderful as is the cleaning. There's nothing missing, there's also the terrace with table and chairs with a nice view. The hotel offers a rich breakfast. The staff is professional and kind.

Good morning. I stayed with a group of 64 people at Hotel 1301 in Piancavallo from 18 to 24 August 2018. We were all satisfied with the choice, excellent hotel, clean, good and abundant food, friendly staff and attentive to all our requests. The rooms are always clean and orderly, the rooms are always cozy and orderly. The sweetness and kindness of the staff are then the cherry on the cake of a holiday in Piazza that was certainly even more beautiful thanks to the simple and caring hospitality of all the people who work in this facility.

I have been at this hotel for more than a week.And spacious sn rooms,cm a nice veranda, but very low bed and dressing room.And instead of the blanket the bag a little uncomfortable, especially in summer.clean bath but no ventilation.X as to eating plenty, but little varied, always meat, especially chicken, chicken, is often produced in boxes or frozen.

It can be improved...

We stayed at this hotel for only one day but we can safely recommend it without worry. Nice, cozy and clean atmosphere. The spacious room with a charming view and the very comfortable bed. The staff were very kind. We did not enjoy the Wellness area. But we will definitely return.
