We stayed in this hotel for a weekend on the snow with friends. The structure is quite dated, but despite this it is kept quite well and breakfast, although Spartan, is absolutely acceptable. Personally I found two big flaws. Firstly: the hotel is very noisy at night and it is practically impossible to rest well. The doors are old and make a lot of noise when they are opened or closed. On our floor were also placed families with small children, who rightly needed to leave the room often. It would have been enough to divide the clientele by plans to ensure a good stay at the end. Secondly and certainly more serious, the disrespect of the owners who treated us sufficiently from the beginning to the very beginning of the stay, showing very little flexibility with respect to the very few requests made.

Disappointment

Very good restaurant, room in the standard, only a little bit of sewage smell in the bathroom. Unfortunately little hospitality, hoping that this was not due to the fact that we were facing a rainbow family, that is, two mothers and two children.

Good food, good food, but not much hospitality.

Customers for a few years, we usually stay 2 nights in the first days of January in a single room for 4 people. We book in advance via email and usually satisfy our requests. Even in case of health problems, they have shown great flexibility and availability. Hot rooms, somewhat dated but in Montano style, always welcoming. We drink with half-pension formula and the menu is on paper. You can choose from many dishes, from first to second. All the tried dishes, are very good and special. Many dishes inspired by the Branzi cheese, which we all love.

Stay at the Crown

I've been wanting to go back to the Corona Hotel for years, especially to eat the polenta and capriolo😋. I can't say anything negative, what I ate was delicious!!! PS: the mountain is like a second home.

My birthday.

Convenient parking, nice location, great dishes. In Val Brembana it is a reference point for a good homemade cuisine. Polenta of all types and meat are to be tried. Fast and courteous staff make this restaurant a popular place in the area.

Great cooking.

A warm and personal place, very kind and present. The environment is very familiar, the portions are good and the dishes are rich and very good. A wide choice of dishes in a really comfortable place. The cheerful atmosphere makes you feel comfortable.

Have a great lunch.

Negative experience. We arrived on Friday and the structure was quite empty. We asked to increase the room temperature but it's not possible. They inform us that breakfast is at 8:00, so we show up at 8:00, but there's no one in the room. After half an hour they quickly set up a table and put on two croissants and old, inedible sandwiches. An awkward breakfast! The next day, then Saturday, the other rooms are occupied and that night the room temperature was pleasant and breakfast was done at 8:00, we're not going to go back at all!

That was a bad experience.

We booked as usual at the last, perfect last minute, and as a result they reserved for us a room on the last floor rather narrow and warm, with a very sacrificed blind bathroom with a noisy fan, with no power outlet, and not even a phone for hair...The inner, rather steep ladder, presented flashing lights that, however, in some cases did not light up leaving the headless in the dark.

The best Branzi tarragona, Branzi cheese, two servings of rich tarragona, roasted rabbit and braised, a glass of local wine, water and coffee, $60.

Polenta taragna

It's a very nice and well-kept restaurant, the waitresses are really very kind, about the food nothing to say, all impeccable, flavors worthy of the mountain tradition.
