June 27 without air conditioning at 40 degrees outside and in the same room, they say it's broken and it takes more than a week to get it fixed.

Honestly, it's a facility where you pay so much for less than mediocre service, I also found myself not being able to take a hot shower for workback from work or have the active heating in November, repair until 7pm.

Not recommended!

We stayed a couple of nights, not in a row, in this facility. The cleaning of the rooms is not the best, even the bathroom has rather dated sanitary facilities, the dock where we were was almost broken. You don't understand why the air conditioning stops at midnight, in the summer it's warm back in the rooms in a very short time, it's useless to have it lit up before. The hallway to get to the rooms is pretty anonymous and practically identical everywhere, the only reference is the number of rooms. Although the whole bed is comfortable and the possibility of a balcony is appreciated. If you only have to sleep, for 1-2 nights you can adapt, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

Economic, basic

Aside from the irony of the title, I can consider myself satisfied with the almost sensory experience I had at the Marcolini Facella house. You have to clearly express a price-commensurate judgment of pleasantness, definitely competitive. I wouldn't go too far. I would go back. Linen is undoubtedly clean, the rest of the room is not excellent but all is fine.

We called up the receptionist with a piece and spruce... I said that in the whole hotel there was only you as an employee. 2- it was cold, this May ice cream and we asked for at least 4 more covers (for a total of 4 pax, each). The worst hospitality experience of my life.

We slept for two nights. It's nice. It's cheap, but rooms are very dirty. Shower full of hair, even attached to the door. Limestone rubber, now lacquered, was gone, and yet it wouldn't take long to clean it.

Great location very close to the centre of the hamlet. Great on-site parking. Clear Salesian-derived structure. The rooms are very damp but all is well. Very quiet cleaning excellent quality ratio excellent price

Full centre dignified rooms

It's like an ostello: there were a lot of students in the hall (is the only place with wi-fi) but the rooms are very confortable and very silent. There is not a breakfast but there were some cash machine for coffee, snaks, etc..the location is wonderful, in the conuntryside.
